Dengan adanya asuhan COC maka perkembangan kondisi ibu setiap saat akan terpantau dengan baik. Bidan wajib memberikan pelayanan kebidanan yang berkesinambungan, dimulai dari pelayanan antenatal care, INC, BBL, postpartum care, neonatal care dan beberapa pelayanan keluarga berencana yang berkualitas guna untuk menurunkan AKI dan AKB di Indonesia. Tujuan Penelitian: Melakukan Manajemen Asuhan Kebidanan Pada Ibu Hamil, Bersalin Dengan Distosia Bahu, Nifas, Bayi Baru Lahir, Keluarga Berencana Pada Ny L di PMB Eka Nova Isma Yunita Tahun 2023. Metode Penelitian: Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi kasus yang bersifat deskriptif. Penelitian deskriptif adalah penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan suatu gejala, peristiwa, peristiwa yang sedang berlangsung, penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menggambarkan suatu fenomena yang ditemukan berupa faktor risiko, dan akibat atau outcome. Subjek Penelitian : Subjek penelitian ini adalah Ny."L" GI PO AO usia kehamilan sampai akseptor keluarga berencana. Hasi: dari asuhan Continuity of care yang dilakukan mash banyak ibu hamil di PMB Eka Nova Isma Yunita., S.Tr. Keb.,Bd yang belum mematuhi standart layanan kesehatan, maka program berkesinambungan in1 sangat penting sebagat acuan tempat praktek membuat standart layanan kesebatan bagi 1bu hamil. Kata Kuci: Continuity Of Care, Distosia Bahu, 4KT dan AKB.
