<text>World Health Organization (WHO) 2017, about 830 women die every day due to complications during pregnancy or childbirth, to reduce the risk of maternal death globally from 216.1 million live births in 2015 to 70 per 100,000 live births. Perineal wound is a tear in the birth canal spontaneously or by episiotomy at the time of delivery of the fetus. The dangers and complications of perineal rupture include bleeding, infection, and dyspareunia (pain during sexual intercourse). Bleeding at perineal rupture can be severe especially in grades I and III ruptures or if the perineal rupture extends to the side or up the vulva on the clitoris. Based on an initial survey conducted by researchers at the Nabila Primary Clinic, Deli Serdang Regency on March 29, 2022. Out of 8 postpartum mothers, only 3 mothers did Early Mobilization, due to fear after childbirth. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between early mobilization and the perineal wound healing process in postpartum mothers at the Nabila Pratama Clinic in 2022. The research method used was observational with a cross-sectional survey analytic descriptive research type. The results of this Bivariate study indicate that the Chi-Square Statistical Test results obtained a P value of 0.021, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is a significant relationship between Early Mobilization and the Healing Process of Perineal Wounds in Post Partum Mothers.</text>

<text>Children are small humans who have potential that must be developed. Children have certain characteristics that are unique and not the same as adults, they are always active, dynamic and curious about what they see, hear, feel and they never seem to stop exploring and learning. Children are egocentric, and have a natural curiosity. Research Objectives: To determine the relationship between parenting patterns and the independence of preschool-age children in Bangun Rejo Village, Tanjung Morawa District. This research design uses a correlation study. The sample in this study used a total sampling technique. From the results of univariate data analysis, it can be seen that authoritarian parenting patterns for preschool age children are in the non-authoritarian category, namely 26 respondents (26.8%). Democratic parenting styles for children are in the non-democratic category, namely 22 respondents (53.7%). The majority of permissive parenting styles for children are in the permissive category, namely 21 people (51.2%). The independence of preschool age children is mostly in the independent category, namely 22 (46.3%). The results of the bivariate data analysis. The statistical test results show that the p-value is 0.536 ˃ 0.05 so that the null hypothesis (Ho) is accepted, which means there is no significant relationship between authoritarian parenting and the independence of preschool-age children, and the statistical test results show that the p-value -value 0.257 ˃ 0.05 so the null hypothesis (Ho) is accepted which means there is no significant relationship between democratic parenting and the independence of preschool aged children. Then the results of statistical tests show that the p-value is 0.278 ˃ 0.05 so the null hypothesis ( Ho) is accepted, which means there is no significant relationship between parenting styles and the independence of preschool-aged children</text>

<text>Hypertension is a predominant health issue in the geriatric population, contributing significantly to an increased risk of cardiovascular disease, stroke, and frailty. Major challenges in managing hypertension in the elderly include polypharmacy, declining organ function, and medication adherence. Apium graveolens (celery) contains apigenin and 3-n-butylphthalide, which are known to possess vasodilatory effects. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Apium graveolens administration as a complementary therapy for the prevention and control of stage I hypertension among the elderly in a rural community setting. Methods:This study employed a Quasi-Experimental design with a Pre-test and Post-test Control Group approach, conducted in Bagun Rejo Village from January to March 2025. The subjects comprised 80 elderly individuals (aged 60 years) with grade I hypertension, selected via purposive sampling. Subjects were divided into two groups: the Intervention Group (n=40), which received a standardized dose of Apium graveolens extract for 8 weeks, and the Control Group (n=40), which received standard lifestyle education. The primary parameters measured were changes in Systolic Blood Pressure (SBP) and Diastolic Blood Pressure (DBP). Data analysis was performed using the Paired t-test and Independent t-test with a 95% confidence level (=0.05).Results: Baseline characteristics between the two groups were homogeneous. After 8 weeks of intervention, the Intervention Group demonstrated a significant reduction in SBP from a mean of 152.4 mmHg to 138.2 mmHg (p < 0.001) and a reduction in DBP from 94.5 mmHg to 86.1 mmHg ($p < 0.05$). Conversely, the Control Group showed no statistically significant changes. Furthermore, no significant gastrointestinal side effects or electrolyte disturbances were observed in the group consuming Apium graveolens, indicating a favorable safety profile for the elderly. Conclusion:The administration of Apium graveolens proved effective in reducing both systolic and diastolic blood pressure in elderly individuals with grade I hypertension . These findings support the potential of Apium graveolens as a safe and affordable adjuvant therapy in community-based hypertension management strategies, aiming to reduce the burden of polypharmacy in the geriatric population. Integration of this program with the Integrated Healthcare Center for the Elderly (Posyandu Lansia) is recommended for sustainability.</text>
