Despite the inherent pain experienced by the mother and the extended duration of complete opening, some opt for alternative interventions, such as cesarean sections. Additionally, pharmacological drugs may be administered to facilitate the timely expulsion of the fetus and placenta. Aim: The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of pelvic rocking and rebozo movements in lowering the fetal head in women in the first stage of labor. Methods: This study used a quantitative analytic method with a quasi-experimental research design with a two group comparison of pretest-posttest design. Results: The results of the study showed that before and after the pelvic rocking movement was carried out, the asymptote sig value was obtained. The 2-tailed was found to be 0.000 less than the alpha level of 5% (0.05), so it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in decreasing the fetal head. An asymptote sig value was found for the rebozo movement. The fetal head's descent varied significantly before and after the rebozo movement, as shown by the 2-tailed statistic's finding that it was 0.003 less than the 5% alpha threshold (0.05). Conclusion: The conclusion of this study was that the significance value of pelvic rocking was 0.000, which was smaller than the rebozo significance value of 0.003, which means that the pelvic rocking group was more effective in decreasing the fetal head compared to the rebozo group. So, it is very useful if the pelvic rocking movement service is carried out when passing through the first stage of labour. Self-management support (SMS) is a patient empowerment strategy aimed at enhancing independence in nursing care. This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of SMS on the quality of life of breast cancer patients at Haji General Hospital Medan. Methods: This study employed a quasi-experimental design with a pre–post test control group approach. The sample consisted of 60 respondents (30 in the intervention group and 30 in the control group), selected using purposive sampling. The intervention group received structured education and self-monitoring guidance for 8 weeks. The research instrument used was the EORTC QLQ-C30 questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Paired T-test and Independent T-test. Results: There was a significant increase in the mean quality of life score in the intervention group, from 52.3 to 75.6 (p < 0.001), while the control group showed no significant change (p = 0.125). Intergroup comparison after the intervention revealed a statistically significant difference (p = 0.000). The emotional functioning and pain management domains showed the most substantial improvements. Conclusion: Self-management support is effective in improving the quality of life of breast cancer patients. This intervention is recommended to be integrated into standard oncology nursing care to promote patient independence in managing treatment-related side effects. Pemeriksaan inspeksi visual asam asetat (IVA) merupakan metode deteksi dini yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi perubahan yang tidak biasa pada leher rahim yang dapat berisiko menjadi kanker serviks. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan suami dengan pemeriksaan IVA dalam deteksi dini kanker leher rahim ibu. Metode: Desain penelitian yang digunakan berupa cross-sectional. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Puskesmas BPM Diana Kota Medan Tahun 2023. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu yang sudah menikah dan telah melakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan di BPM Diana Kota Medan Tahun 2023 sebanyak 88 orang dengan teknik total sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada ibu yang berisi pertanyaan tentang dukungan suami dan pemeriksaan IVA. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara langsung dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan melakukan wawancara kepada ibu. Analisis data penelitian dimulai dengan menghitung distribusi frekuensi dukungan suami dan pemeriksaan IVA, serta dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji Chi Square. Hasil: Sebanyak 60,2% suami kurang mendukung istri melakukan pemeriksaan IVA, dan sebanyak 46,6% ibu tidak melakukan pemeriksaan IVA. Dukungan suami signifikan terhadap pemeriksaan IVA dalam deteksi dini kanker leher rahim ibu (p = <0,001; OR = 45,9). Dukungan suami yang kurang 45,9 kali kecenderungan ibu tidak melakukan pemeriksaan IVA dibandingkan dengan dukungan suami yang baik. Kesimpulan: Dukungan suami yang tidak baik berhubungan secara signifikan terhadap pemeriksaan IVA dalam deteksi dini kanker leher rahim ibu. Berdasarkan Riset Kesehatan Dasar (Riskesdas), terdapat 37,2% balita di Indonesia mengalami stunting dan pada tahun 2018 sekitar 37% (90 juta) balita di Indonesia mengalami stunting. Stunting menggambarkan kejadian gizi buruk pada balita yang berlangsung lama dan dampaknya tidak hanya secara fisik tetapi juga pada fungsi kognitif. Tujuan: Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh penerapan self-efficacy dan penggunaan biskuit labu kuning terhadap pencegahan stunting. Urgensi Pengabdian ini adalah untuk peningkatan peran serta masyarakat dalam peningkatan Kesehatan di lingkungan masyarakat desa bangun rejo, dengan menggunakan pendekatan edukatif pada lansia. Tujuan Pengabdian ini untuk membantu Masyarakat para lansia agar di masa tua tidak mengalami demensia sehingga para lansia masih bisa berproduktifitas di masa tua nya dengan baik dan Bahagia tanpa kesulitan dalam mengingat semua pengetahuan-pengetahuan yang selama ini dia miliki khususnya para lansia di Desa Bangun Rejo ini. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam pelaksanaan edukasi deteksi dini demensia melalui brain gym ini dari 40 lansia yang mengikuti ada 27 lansia (67,5%) yang sudah memahami pentingnya mengetahui demensia pada usia yang sudah lanjut. Bagi lansia kagiatan senam otak ini bisa dikaukan secara mandiri dirumah agar manfaat dari senam otak ini dapat dirasakan langsung oleh para lansia.
