<text>High population growth causes a population explosion resulting in higher unemployment, crime, and worsening of other social conditions, quality of life, poverty levels, and increased life expectancy. Globally, the world's population reached 7.6 billion people in 2019 with a growth of more than 80 million people per year. Factors causing the high rate of population growth include improving economic growth, mobilization, migration, technology, development, knowledge, use of contraceptives, and others (WHO, 2019). Indonesia still ranks fourth with the most population in the world after China, India, and America. The distribution of Indonesia's population in 2021 has reached270 203 917 people, consisting of 136 661 899 males and 133 542 018 females. Aceh province numbered 5 274 871 inhabitants. The trend of population growth is due to rapid economic growth and the region has become a destination for growth centers (growth poles) which further increases the immigrant population (Central Bureau of Statistics, 2020).</text>

The working area of the Jagong Health Center, Central Aceh Regency, was used as the research location, referring to the data at the Puskesmas and it was recorded that 87 toddlers (35.7%) had nutritional status below the red line. This type of research is observational with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all toddlers in the Jagong Health Center Work Area, Central Aceh Regency in 2021, which were 284 people. Samples were taken by simple random sampling method as many as 48 people, analysis technique using chi square. The proportion of toddlers whose growth and development is not normal is 30 people (62.5%) more than toddlers whose growth and development is normal, which is 18 people (37.5%). There is a significant relationship between mother's knowledge and nutritional. It is recommended to health workers at the Jagong Health Center to hold an outreach program for mothers who have toddlers about the importance of efforts to improve nutrition for families, especially toddlers.</text>

<text>This research aims to measure the effectiveness of the Kastling application on social
interactions and preventing bullying among children who use gadgets in the working area of
Simpang Limun Community Health Center, Medan City, North Sumatra Province in 2023. The
method used in this research is a quantitative method, a quasi-experimental research design
with a one group test approach. The findings in this research are that the effectiveness of the
kastling application on social interactions and preventing bullying among children who use
gadgets in the working area of the Simpang Limun Community Health Center, Medan City,
North Sumatra Province in 2023 is very effective. Based on the 5 stages of child development,
there are 2 categories that greatly influence bullying prevention measures. The first is at the
stage of how to protect yourself from bullying from friends or self-coping. There are 18
children (90%) in the very good category. In this way, this social interaction makes children
able to protect themselves from the possibility of bullying in their environment and social life.
Then in the second highest stage, namely how to help friends who need help, there were 16
children (80%) in the very good category. This interaction really reflects a very high level of
social feeling towards others, thus bullying can be prevented by this mutual help interaction. </text>
