Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan kelompok sasaran remaja tentang karakter budaya PACER yang sangat significant setelah mendapatkan pelatihan, juga perubahan sikap dan perilaku remaja dalam kehidupan sehari-hari yang menunjukkan signifikan perilaku berbudaya dan berkarakter. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan FGD efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku berbudaya PACER pada sasaran remaja dengan media edukasi berupa PPT, Leaflet, Poster, dan video animasi tentang budaya core Value PACER. Hasil dari pengabdian Masyarakat ini ditemukan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dengan metode pengukuran ANNOVA test diperoleh bahawa: pengetahuan remaja mengenai PACER meningkat dari point pre-test 55 menjadi 88 point post-test. Perubahan perilaku : sebanyak 34 remaja, dan 92% melaporkan adanya peningkatan bertanggung jawab terhadap tugas tanggung jawab seperti tugas di sekolah. Keberlangsungan kegiatan ini akan berdampak positif bagi peningkatan Karakter remaja menuju Indonesia Generasi Emas 2045. Among pregnant women, iron deficiency anemia can cause growth and developmental disorders and is strongly linked to adverse pregnancy outcomes such as low birth weight (LBW) and preterm delivery. If left untreated, anemia may worsen theihealth and quality of life of millions of women and hinder children’s growth, development, and educational achievement. The presence of anemia itself reflects underlying malnutrition and poor health status. Worldwide, anemia affected 32 million pregnant women (37%) and 539 million non-pregnant women (30%) between the ages of 15 and 49 in 2019. Methods: The research method used is quantitative with a Quasi-Experimental design using the Two This study employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design,specifically the Two-Group Pretest–Posttest method, which involved imeasuring hemoglobin levels before and after treatment in both intervention and control groups. A total of 40 pregnant women participated, with 20 assigned to the control group (not receiving Pisbro cookies) and 20 to the intervention group (receiving Pisbro cookies). Prior to conducting the bivariate analysis, data normality was tested using the Shapiro–Wilk test, which showed that the data were normally distributed (p > 0.05). Subsequently, an independent t-test was performed, and the results indicated significant differences between the groups (p < 0.05) at a confidence level of α = 0.05. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS version 22.Results:The independent t-test analysis revealed that the mean hemoglobin concentration in the intervention group (given Pisbro cookies) was 9.795 ± 0.5145, while the control group (not given Pisbro cookies) had a mean of 9.795 ± 0.5005. Statistical testing produced a p-value of 0.019 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant difference between the two groups. Objective: This study aims to evaluate the impact of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (CHLB) education on parental knowledge and independence in maintaining child growth and development at Sarfina Johor Clinic, Medan. Methodology: A quasi-experimental one-group pre-test and post-test design was applied. A total of 50 parents were recruited using purposive sampling. Data were collected using validated questionnaires and analyzed with the Paired Sample T-test. Findings: CHLB knowledge increased significantly from a mean of 61.44 to 87.82 (mean difference = 26.38; p = 0.000). Parental independence also improved from 56.52 to 83.24 (mean difference = 26.72; p = 0.000). Implications: Structured clinic-based education can strengthen parental self-efficacy and shift family practices toward preventive care, positioning parents as proactive managers of child health at home. This approach can be adopted by primary clinics as an operational strategy to support stunting prevention programs. Originality: This study offers a clinical-based intervention model that connects routine medical consultation with domestic health maintenance, providing a practical framework for strengthening preventive parenting practices. Pharmacological therapy is common; however, evidence on safe and affordable non-pharmacological alternatives—such as lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus) foot soaking—remains limited among pregnant women. Lemongrass contains citral and flavonoids that promote vasodilation and relaxation, potentially reducing blood pressure.. Methods: A quasi-experimental one-group pretest–posttest design following the TREND guideline was conducted at Sarfina Primary Outpatient Clinic, Medan, Indonesia (February–April 2025). Thirty pregnant women with mild hypertension (140–159/90–99 mmHg) participated voluntarily after providing informed consent. Exclusion criteria were preeclampsia, chronic illness, or lemongrass allergy. Participants soaked their feet daily for 15 minutes in 1 L of warm lemongrass decoction (38–40 °C) for four weeks. Blood pressure was measured twice using a validated Omron HEM-7130 device, and the mean was analyzed with the Wilcoxon signed-rank test. Results: Mean systolic pressure decreased from 147.6 ± 5.8 mmHg to 132.4 ± 6.3 mmHg, and diastolic pressure from 93.8 ± 3.9 mmHg to 83.7 ± 4.2 mmHg (Z = –3.21, p < 0.001). The effect size (r = 0.59; 95% CI [–18.5, –11.3]) indicated a moderate clinical effect Conclusion: Lemongrass foot soak therapy effectively lowers mild hypertension in pregnancy through vasodilatory and relaxation mechanisms. It represents a safe, simple, and culturally appropriate complementary method that midwives can integrate into antenatal care. Larger controlled trials are recommended to confirm its long-term efficacy. The 2024 Indonesian Demographic and Health Survey reported that only 24.6% of respondents used long-term contraceptive methods. Low uptake is often linked to insufficient understanding and persistent myths in the community, indicating the need for interactive educational approaches. Objective: This study aims to analyze the effect of the Socratic method delivered through leaflets on improving the knowledge of couples of reproductive age in selecting Long-Term Contraceptive Methods (LTCM) at the Pematang Cengal Community Health Center. Methodology: The study employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental one-group pre-test–post-test design. The population consisted of all couples of reproductive age within the health center’s service area, with 120 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected by measuring knowledge levels before and after the educational intervention and analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Findings: The results showed a statistically significant increase in the average knowledge scores after the Socratic-based education with leaflets (p-value < 0.05). Prior to the intervention, most respondents were categorized as having poor knowledge; afterward, the majority shifted to the good knowledge category. Implications: These findings suggest that interactive education using the Socratic method combined with leaflet media can serve as an effective strategy in primary healthcare settings to correct misconceptions, enhance understanding, and support informed decision-making regarding long-term contraception. Originality/Value: The originality of this study lies in the application of the Socratic method in LTCM education at the primary healthcare level, integrated with leaflet support, which promotes critical thinking about the effectiveness and safety of long-term contraception compared to conventional one-way education. Seiring dengan peningkatan populasi lansia global, diperlukan intervensi mandiri keperawatan yang aman dan non-farmakologis untuk mengatasi keluhan nyeri pencernaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai efektivitas intervensi akupresur terhadap penurunan tingkat nyeri pada lansia dengan gangguan pencernaan di UPTD Pelayanan Sosial Lanjut Usia Binjai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan rancangan quasi-experiment menggunakan desain one-group pretest-posttest pada 25 responden. Intervensi dilakukan melalui penekanan manual pada titik meridian ST36, ST 25, LI4, dan CV2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas responden menderita GERD (36%) dan gastritis (32%). Sebelum intervensi, sebanyak 68% responden mengalami nyeri sedang, namun setelah intervensi, angka nyeri sedang menurun menjadi 40% dan nyeri ringan meningkat menjadi 60%. Uji statistik Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test menunjukkan nilai p-value = 0,008 (p < 0,05), yang menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan pemberian akupresur terhadap penurunan intensitas nyeri gastrointestinal pada lansia. Terapi ini direkomendasikan sebagai asuhan keperawatan holistik untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup kelompok lanjut usia . Evidence regarding digital interventions based on the family centered empowerment model (FCEM) remains limited. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of an FCEM-based digital E-Pocket Book in improving self-efficacy and adherence to iron tablet consumption among pregnant women. A quasi-experimental pretest–posttest control group study was conducted at the Sentosa Baru Community Health Center in Medan, Indonesia, from July to August 2025. A total of 50 pregnant women (gestational age, 14–36 weeks) were allocated to an intervention group (n = 25) and a control group (n = 25). The intervention group received the FCEM-based E-Pocket Book for four weeks, while the control group received standard antenatal education. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon signed-rank and Mann–Whitney U tests. The intervention group demonstrated significantly greater improvements in self-efficacy (p = 0.027; d = 0.78) and adherence to iron supplementation (p = 0.001; d = 0.91) than the control group. In conclusion, the family-centered empowerment–based digital pocketbook is effective in improving self-efficacy and adherence to iron supplementation among pregnant women.
