<text>Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) number two aims to create a healthy and productive society free from hunger. According to SDG data, the stunting rate among children under five decreased from 24.4% in 2021 to 21.6% in 2022. However, disparities remain across provinces, and national targets have not yet been achieved. Stunting is characterized by a Z-score less than -2 SD (moderate) and less than -3 SD (severe). One of the main obstacles to achieving this goal is the prevalence of malnutrition among children under five, which is a major factor contributing to stunting (1). This study aims to explore mothers' perceptions using the Health Belief Model (HBM) regarding exclusive breastfeeding in preventing. The research method is analytical, using a cross-sectional design with a Chi-Square test to analyze the influence between variables. The population consists of all mothers with toddlers, with a total of 149 visits recorded in the past year. A sample of 60 mothers was selected. Primary data were collected using questionnaires, and secondary data were obtained through interviews. The results showed that most respondents were aged 31-40 years (66.7%), had a high school education (66.7%), and were housewives (91.7%). There was a statistically significant relationship between perceived susceptibility (p=0.009) and perceived severity (p=0.024) with the practice of exclusive breastfeeding in preventing stunting. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between mothers' perceptions of susceptibility and severity. Educational interventions should focus on enhancing mothers' positive perceptions of the importance of exclusive breastfeeding.</text>

The aim of conducting research on cadres at clinic Sarfina Br Sembiring to determine the level of knowledge of cadres in preventing CED. The method used in providing cadre assistance counseling is the lecture method which is a way of explaining and explaining an idea, understanding or message verbally to the target group. The evaluation was carried out by measuring the level of knowledge of cadres through pretest and post test questionnaires regarding knowledge of CED prevention and the benefits of peanut honey to reduce CED and stunting. Based on the results of the outreach activities carried out, results were obtained in increasing knowledge of CED prevention among cadres at PMB Sarfina Br Sembiring. This is proven by the results of the questionnaire increasing cadres' knowledge from the pre-test results which showed that 73.33% of cadres answered questions correctly, then after counseling this increased to 90%. And the results obtained apart from increasing knowledge of cadre attitudes also increased from the pre-test results which showed that 63.33% of cadres answered questions correctly, then after counseling this increased to 80%.</text>

<text>Antenatal care is an activity of supervising pregnant women to prepare pregnant women as well as possible both physically and mentally, as well as saving mothers and babies during pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. In South Nias District the coverage of Antenatal Visits 1 (K1) was 87.10% in 2019 and K4 was 73.32. At the Amandraya Health Center the coverage of K1 to K4 in 2021 has not reached the expected target of 95%.The aim of this study was to find out the factors associated with the irregularity of antenatal care visits at the Amandraya Health Center in South Nias Regency in 2022. This type of research is an analytic observational study using a cross sectional approach. The population was all pregnant women at the Amandraya Health Center in South Nias Regency, namely 217 people. The sample in this study were 73 people obtained through simple random sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out to determine the distribution of frequencies and percentages of each variable to be studied which included: age, education, employment, parity, income and staff support. Data analysis was performed by statistical test using chi-square.There is a relationship between knowledge ($p=0.001$) and income ($p=0.007$), mothers and irregular antenatal care visits at the Amandraya Health Center in South Nias Regency in 2022. There is no relationship between mother's education, number of children and health workers and irregular antenatal care visits. It is suggested to the staff of the Amandraya Health Center in South Nias Regency to increase counseling activities so that pregnant women's knowledge about antenatal care increases and antenatal care visits can be carried out regularly from the 1st to the 3rd trimester.</text>

<text>Menurut World Health Organization (WHO), stunting merupakan gangguan pertumbuhan kronis yang bersifat irreversible dan umumnya disebabkan oleh asupan nutrisi yang tidak memadai serta paparan infeksi berulang, terutama selama periode kritis 1000 hari pertama kehidupan. Berdasarkan data Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Aceh Tengah tahun 2021, prevalensi stunting tertinggi tercatat di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kekuyang, Kecamatan Ketol, yaitu sebesar 30,8% (145 balita).

<text>Background: Mental health among adolescents remains a major public health concern, with stigma, lack of awareness, and limited services acting as barriers to care. The Health Belief Model (HBM) provides a framework to improve health behaviors through modifying perceptions of risk, benefit, and self-efficacy.

Methods: This quantitative study employed a pre-experimental design with a two-group pretest-posttest approach. A total of 50 adolescents aged 12–16 years in Desa Bangun Rejo were recruited using cluster sampling and divided into experimental and control groups (25 each). Data were collected using Likert-scale questionnaires measuring self-awareness, self-efficacy, and emotional regulation before and after HBM-based educational intervention. Data analysis used descriptive statistics, Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test, Levene’s test, and independent t-test with a significance level of 5%.

Results: The experimental group showed an increase in mean score from 66.00 to 87.60 (p < 0.05), while the control group improved from 64.96 to 76.48 (p < 0.05). Independent t-test results indicated a greater mean improvement in the experimental group (difference 11.12, t = 3.754, p = 0.001), confirming the effectiveness of the HBM intervention in increasing mental health accessibility and reducing anxiety levels.
Conclusion: HBM-based interventions significantly enhance adolescent mental health accessibility by improving self-awareness and self-efficacy, thus supporting better emotional regulation.</text>

<text>Pregnancy, especially in the third trimester, is a critical phase marked by significant physiological and psychological changes. Anxiety before childbirth is common among pregnant women and, if not properly managed, may lead to complications such as prolonged labor, uterine dysfunction, and increased obstetric interventions. This community service project aimed to reduce prenatal anxiety through the implementation of a diaphragm breathing exercise program for third trimester pregnant women in Bangun Rejo Village, Deli Serdang Regency. The program adopted a participatory educational approach involving 15 pregnant women who met the inclusion criteria. The activities included health education, demonstration, guided practice, monitored independent training, and evaluation. Knowledge improvement was assessed using pre- and post-tests, while anxiety levels were measured using the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS). The results showed a significant increase in participants’ knowledge (from a pre-test mean of 58.7 to a post-test mean of 85.3). Anxiety levels also decreased: 80% of participants experienced moderate to severe anxiety, which dropped to 7% after the intervention, with 60% reporting no anxiety symptoms. Ultimately, 100% of participants were able to perform the breathing exercise independently and stated they would continue practicing it regularly.</text>
