Pemerintah bersinergi dengan tenaga kesehatan untuk menurunkan prevalensi anemia, salah satunya dengan pemberian TTD. Namun, alternatif ini belum mampu menurunkan angka kejadian anemia di Indoensia. Tujuan: tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui strategi penurunan kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus tunggal holistik. Informan penelitian kepala puskesmas, bidan, nutrisionis, ATLM, dokter, dan ibu hamil anemia. Pengumpulan data selama 1 bulan. Analisis data menggunakan model miles and Huberman. Instrumen pengumpulan data pedoman wawancara, studi dokumentasi, observasi, logbook dan field note. Hasil penelitian ini, terdapat 4 tema yakni: 1) peningkatkan kompetensi sumber daya manusia; 2) pemberian pendidikan kesehatan lebih komprehensif serta pemilihan kata lebih sederhana; 3) Inovasi media edukasi dengan pemanfaatan platform online; dan 4) dukungan suami dan keluarga. Kesimpulan: Peningkatan SDM dapat melalui pelatihan dan bimbingan teknis manajemen penanganan anemia selama kehamilan dan pemeriksaan hematology anemia, memanfaatkan platform media social seperti Instagram, TikTok, Youtube dan Whatsapp sebagai alat bantu promotif preventif ke masyarakat dan konseling lebih menekankan pada cara konsumsi tablet tambah darah terutama minuman-minuman yang dapat memblokir penyerapan zat besi. Serta, suami lebih mendorong dan mengingatkan ibu hamil untuk teratur konsumsi TTD setiap hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Riwayat Keluarga Dan Aktifitas Fisik Terhadap Terhadap Kejadian Hipertensi Pada Ibu Pus Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Simalingkar Medan Tahun 2022. Jenis penelitian dengan menggunakan studi kasus kontrol. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh penderita hipertensi yang berada diwilayah kerja Puskesmas Simalingkar dan sampel terdiri dari 47 kasus dan 47 kontrol. Pengambilan sampel dengan consecutive sampling, dilakuakan matcing group pada jenis kelamin, pendidikan dan pekerjaan. Metode analisa data dengan cara uji chi-square dan uji regresi logistik ganda pada α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian secara statistik menunjukkan bahwa obesitas (p < 0,001), berhubungan dengan kejadian hipertensi pada usia 18 40 tahun. Variabel yang tidak berhubungan dengan kejadian hipertensi pada usia 18-40 tahun adalah katifitas fisik. Berdasarkan hasil regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh adalah kebiasaan merokok dengan OR=13,807. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel yang berpengaruh dengan kejadian hipertensiobesitas. Disarankan kepada pihak Puskesmas Simalingkar agar dapat meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan terutama dalam hal promosi kesehatan tentang bahaya obesitas terhadap hipertensi pada usia 18-40 tahun serta melakukan konseling kesehatan pada penderita yang berrisiko terkena hipertensi, untuk melakukan pencegahan penyakit sedini mungkin.
