Angka kejadian seksio sesarea (SC) semakin meningkat setiap tahunnya, dan menurut World Health Organization standar seksio sesarea di suatu negara adalah 5-10% dari setiap bayi baru lahir di dunia (Hastutik, 2020). Tujuan Untuk menganalisis Hubungan Pengetahuan Ibu Nifas Tentang Perawatan Luka Post SC Dengan Kejadian Infeksi Luka SC di Desa Multatuli Kec Natal Kab Mandailing Natal Tahun 2023. METODE uji chi square p value < 0,05 berarti H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima hasil uji statistic adanya hubungan signitifikan. HASIL ada ada hubungan bermakna antara Hubungan Pengetahuan Ibu Nifas Tentang Perawatan Luka Post SC Dengan Kejadian Infeksi Luka SC. Keberhasilan kondisi ini menjadi salah satu indikator penentu kepuasan pasien terhadap asuhan keperawatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara tahap komunikasi terapeutik perawat dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien di Instalasi Rawat Inap RSU Mitra Sejati Medan melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Menggunakan teknik consecutive sampling, diperoleh 71 responden sebagai sampel penelitian yang datanya dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman’s Rho (alpha = 0,05). Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara tahap orientasi (p = 0,000) dan tahap kerja (p = 0,003) terhadap kepuasan pasien, namun tidak ditemukan hubungan yang signifikan pada tahap terminasi (p = 0,265). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan pasien lebih dominan dipengaruhi oleh impresi awal dan kualitas interaksi saat pemberian tindakan keperawatan dibandingkan fase akhir interaksi yang sering kali terhambat durasi singkat saat pemulangan. Disimpulkan bahwa penguatan kompetensi komunikasi perawat di setiap fase interaksi sangat diperlukan untuk menjamin asuhan keperawatan yang berkesinambungan dan holistik demi mengoptimalkan pengalaman pasien. Salah satu aspek psikologis yang berpengaruh pada kehamilan adalah kecemasan. Selain itu, timbul kecemasan pada ibu hamil dipengaruhi oleh perubahan fisik yang terjadi selama kehamilannya yaitu dengan perut yang semakin membesar dan badan yang bertambah gemuk (Utami, 2017). Program kelas ibu hamil di Indonesia dimulai sejak tahun 2010 dan pelaksanaan di Puskesmas Tarabintang Kec Tarabintang Kab Humbang Hasundutan mulai dilaksanakan sejak tahun 2012. Salah satu hasil yang diharapkan dari pelaksanaan kelas ibu hamil adalah adanya pemahaman, perubahan sikap, dan perilaku ibu hamil sehingga ibu hamil dapat menjalani kehamilannya dengan tenang dan nyaman terhindar dari penyakit fisik dan jiwa serta persalinannya dapat berlangsung dengan normal yang pada akhirnya berkontribusi terhadap penurunan angka kematian ibu. TUJUAN Untuk mengetahui pengaruh terhadap kecemasan ibu primigravida di Puskesmas Tarabintang Kec Tarabintang Kab Humbang Hasundutan Tahun 2023.
