Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasy experiment dengan rancangan two group pretest dan posttest design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah lansia di Desa Bangun Rejo Tahun 2024 berjumlah 50 orang. Tehnik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan tehnik Purpossive Sampling sehingga jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 orang. Analisa data yang digunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari hasil Hasil penelitianinovasi excellent percepatan penurunan tekanan darah pada lansia hipertensi dengan deep breathing dan kombinasi bahan alam (apium graveolens dan black garlic) bahwa rata-rata tekanan darah pada kelompok kontrol pada pemeriksaan pertama 146,12 mmHg dan pemeriksaan kedua rata-rata tekanan darah yaitu 149,20 mmHg dengan nilai p (mean) 0,238 > 0,05 artinya tidak signifikan. Disimpulkan bahwa penelitian Inovasi Excellent Percepatan Penurunan Tekanan Darah Pada Lansia Hipertensi Dengan Slow Deep Breathing dan Kombinasi Bahan Alam (Apium Graveolens dan Black Garlic) Di Desa Bangun Rejo Tahun 2024 pada 50 lansia, diaman 25 lansia sebagai control dan 25 lansia sebagai kasus, didapatkan hasil pada lansia sebagai control rata-rata tekanan darah pemeriksaan pertama 146,12 mmHg sedangkan rata-rata tekanan darah pada pemeriksaan kedua 147,28 mmHg. terlihat perbedaan nilai mean antara pengukuran pertama dan ke dua adalah -1,26. Hasil uji statistk didapatkan nilai p = 0,238 > 0,05 yang berarti tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan anatar tekanan darah pada pengukuran pertama dan kedua pada lansia sebagai control. Mental health disorders or depression are mental problems that are one of the factors that have not achieved a level of health in Indonesia and the world, so the transformation of adolescent mental health continues to be carried out throughout the world (1). Mental health is very vulnerable to teenagers. WHO data (2022) states that 1 in 7 children aged 10-19 years are known to experience psychological problems. The prevalence rate for mental health disorders in Asia ranges from 1.81% to 23.3%. (2) Data in Indonesia shows that 6.1% of the Indonesian population aged 15 years and over experiences mental health disorders. According to the 2022 Indonesian National Adolescent Mental Health Survey (I-NAMHS), as many as 15.5 million or 1 in 3 adolescents (34.8%) in Indonesia experience mental health. This research aims to analyze the development of health promotion-based education methods to increase the accessibility of adolescent mental health in Bangun Rejo Village. (b) To determine the feasibility of health promotion-based education methods to increase the accessibility of adolescent mental health in Bangun Rejo Village. The research method used is Research and Development, with stages of analyzing the method to be developed, the method development process,product testing, and the revision and evaluation stage to improve method weaknesses. The research results on developing health promotion-based education methods to increase mental health accessibility among adolescents in Bangun Rejo Village show that the results of the first hypothesis test are accepted, namely that there is an influence between self-awareness and self-awareness. The aim of the study was to find out the relationship between the decision to choose contraceptive devices and socio-economic conditions on the fertility of couples of childbearing age in the working area of the Bukit Kapur Health Center in Dumai City in 2022. The research method is observational and the type of research is descriptive analytic with cross sectional, namely studying the correlation between risk factors with effects in the form of certain health status. The results of the study showed that there was a relationship between the decision to choose the type of contraception and fertility in the working area of the Bukit Kapur Health Center, Dumai City, in 2022 where the p-value was 0.003 (p <0.05) and there was no relationship between socio-economic status and fertility in the Bukit Kapur City Health Center work area.
