Data ibu hamil yang mengalami hiperemesis gravidarum di Klinik Pera Kec. Medan Tuntungan Provinsi Sumatera Utara pada tahun 2022 sebanyak 55 ibu, meningkat tahun 2023 sebanyak 75 jiwa dan tahun 2024 bulan januari-februari didapatkan data 17 ibu. Tujuan Karya Tulis Ilmiah ini yaitu untuk melaksanakan manajemen asuhan keperawatan maternitas yang service excellent pada Ny. L dengan hiperemesis gravidarum di klinik pera kec. medan tuntungan provinsi sumatera utara tahun 2024. Jenis metode yang digunakan yaitu studi kasus yang bertujuan dalam mengeksplorasi gambaran masalah dengan hiperemesis gravidarum di klinik pera kec. medan tuntungan provinsi sumatera utara tahun 2024. Hasil Karya Tuli Ilmiah yang telah didapatkan setelah melakukan manajemen asuhan keperawatan maternitas yang service excellent di klinik pera kec. medan tuntungan provins sumatera utara tahun 2024 yaitu berhasil melaksanakan asuhan keperawata maternitas dengan lima tahap proses keperawatan dan sesuai dengan operasiona prosedur. Kesimpulan pemberian manajemen asuhan keperawatan maternita dilakukan pendekatan yang dimulai dari Pengkajian, Diagnosa Keperawata Intervensi Keperawatan, Implementasi Keperawatan, Evaluasi Keperawata Setelah melaksanakan penerapan manajemen asuhan keperawatan maternitas pa Ny. L dengan Hiperemesis Gravidarum di Klinik Pera selama empat hari deng menggunakan 5 proses keperawatan yaitu: Pengkajian, Diagnosa Keperawata Intervensi Keperawatan, Implementasi Keperawatan, dan Evaluasi Keperawatan.
