Tingginya prevalensi kecemasan pada ibu hamil di wilayah ini dipengaruhi oleh tingginya konsumsi garam melebihi rekomendasi, pola hidup kurang teratur akibat latar belakang sebagian besar masyarakat sebagai nelayan, serta rendahnya pengetahuan terhadap terapi farmakologis karena khawatir efek samping terhadap janin. Sebagai upaya penanggulangan, dilakukan intervensi nonfarmakologis berupa terapi musik dan edukasi mengenai pola makan sehat. Masyarakat telah diberi PKM (Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat) dan bertujuan guna meningkatkan wawasan juga mengurangi tingkat kecemasan pada ibu hamil melalui metode ceramah dan penerapan terapi musik. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi penyuluhan kesehatan dan pemberian perawatan kepada peserta terukur. Hasil intervensi menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan ibu hamil terkait pola makan sehat sebesar 89%, serta penurunan tingkat kecemasan dengan nilai rata-rata (mean) 1,17 pada minggu ketiga hingga keempat pelaksanaan terapi. The aim of conducting research on cadres at clinic Sarfina Br Sembiring to determine the level of knowledge of cadres in preventing CED. The method used in providing cadre assistance counseling is the lecture method which is a way of explaining and explaining an idea, understanding or message verbally to the target group. The evaluation was carried out by measuring the level of knowledge of cadres through pretest and posttest questionnaires regarding knowledge of CED prevention and the benefits of peanut honey to reduce CED and stunting. Based on the results of the outreach activities carried out, results were obtained in increasing knowledge of CED prevention among cadres at PMB Sarfina Br Sembiring. This is proven by the results of the questionnaire increasing cadres' knowledge from the pre-test results which showed that 73.33% of cadres answered questions correctly, then after counseling this increased to 90%. And the results obtained apart from increasing knowledge of cadre attitudes also increased from the pre-test results which showed that 63.33% of cadres answered questions correctly, then after counseling this increased to 80%. Title A name given to the resource Penerapan Self Efficacy Dan Pemanfaatan Biskuit Labu Kuning Sebagai MakananTambahan Terhadap Pencegahan Stunting Pada Gold Period Di Siosar Description An account of the resource Latar Belakang: Secara global, ada sekitar 101 juta anak di bawah usia 5 tahun yang memiliki berat badan di bawah ideal dan 165 juta anak mengalami stunting. Berdasarkan Riset Kesehatan Dasar (Riskesdas), terdapat 37,2% balita di Indonesia mengalami stunting dan pada tahun 2018 sekitar 37% (90 juta) balita di Indonesia mengalami stunting. Stunting menggambarkan kejadian gizi buruk pada balita yang berlangsung lama dan dampaknya tidak hanya secara fisik tetapi juga pada fungsi kognitif. Tujuan: Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh penerapan self-efficacy dan penggunaan biskuit labu kuning terhadap pencegahan stunting. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kohort dengan analisis regresi dan uji chi-square. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 40 ibu hamil dan bayi di atas 6 bulan yang akan diintervensi dengan pemberian 4 buah biskuit labu kuning per hari dengan model bantuan (Omnibus Tests of Model Coefficients). Hasil: Penelitian dengan Pengujian Simultan (Omnibus Tests of Model Coefficients) Penerapan Self-efficacy dan Pemanfaatan Labu untuk Cegah Stunting di Siosar (Relokasi Pengungsi Gunung Sinabung) Kab. Karo menunjukkan bahwa pada taraf signifikansi (α = 0,002) <0,05 artinya variabel bebas yang terdiri dari penerapan self-efficacy dan penggunaan labu kuning secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap variabel terikat yaitu pencegahan stunting pada balita. Title A name given to the resource Penerapan Teknik Effleurage Massage Dalam Mengatasi Nyeri Afterpains Ibu Postpartum Di Puskesmas Negeri Lama Kecamatan Bilah Hilir Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Tahun 2022 Description An account of the resource Kontraksi uterus menimbulkan nyeri yang berdampak pada penerapan terapi antara lain menghambat pemberian ASI, menghambat bonding ibu dan anak, rasa lelah akibat afterpain yang dirasakan, gangguan istirahat hingga nyeri terus menerus yang menyebabkan resiko terjadinya postpartum blues dan pada bayi berdampak pada kurangnya asupan gizi sehingga dapat menghambat proses tumbuh kembang bayi. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini terdiri dari 3 yaitu tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi, dimulai dengan mengumpulkan peserta yaitu ibu nifas. Dari kegiatan yang dilakukan, seluruh peserta hadir, dimana dari 30 peserta yang terdaftar dalam kegiatan ini, didapatkan hasil bahwa sebanyak 23 peserta (77%) merasa nyaman dan 7 peserta (23%) dengan tidak merasa nyaman menggunakan teknik pijat effleurage. Kemudian tahap evaluasi menunjukkan tingkat nyeri pretest lebih tinggi daripada tingkat nyeri post-test, skor minimum adalah 3 (nyeri ringan) dan nilai maksimum adalah 8 (nyeri berat). Sedangkan pada posttest diperoleh nilai minimal 0 (tidak nyeri), dan nilai maksimal 5 (nyeri sedang).
