Jumlah sasaran pengabdian sebanyak 60 orang.
Tempat pelaksanan di Gereja GBKP Km 8 Medan. Hasil yang didapatkan sebelum diberikan Booklet mayoritas remaja memiliki pengetahuan kurang tentang PUP sebanyak 47 orang (78,3%) dan setelah diberikan Booklet pengetahuan remaja mayoritas baik sebanyak 57 remaja (95,0%). Selama pelaksanaan pengabdian remaja sangat antusias mengikuti dan hamper keselurahan remaja sudah memahami tentang PUP. </text>

Mental health disorders or depression are mental problems that are one of the factors that have not achieved a level of health in Indonesia and the world, so the transformation of adolescent mental health continues to
be carried out throughout the world (1). Mental health is very vulnerable to teenagers. WHO data (2022) states that 1 in 7 children aged 10-19 years are known to experience psychological problems. The prevalence rate for mental health disorders in Asia ranges from 1.81% to 23.3%. (2) Data in Indonesia shows that 6.1% of the Indonesian population aged
15 years and over experiences mental health disorders. According to the 2022 Indonesian National Adolescent Mental Health Survey (I-NAMHS), as many as 15.5 million or 1 in 3 adolescents (34.8%) in Indonesia experience mental health. This research aims to analyze the development of health promotion-based education methods to increase the accessibility of adolescent mental health in Bangun Rejo Village. (b) To determine the feasibility of health promotion-based education
methods to increase the accessibility of adolescent mental health in Bangun Rejo Village. The research method used is Research and Development, with stages of analyzing the method to be developed, the method development process, product testing, and the revision and evaluation stage to improve method weaknesses. The research results on developing health promotion-based education methods to increase mental health accessibility among adolescents in Bangun Rejo
Village show that the results of the first hypothesis test are accepted, namely that there is an influence between self awareness and self-awareness. Emotional and mental regulation of teenagers in Sudi Rejo Village, Tanjung Morawa District, means higher self-awareness. A person has higher emotional and mental regulation, and the development of Health Promotion-Based Education Methods, namely self-awareness and self-efficacy, increases the accessibility of adolescent mental health. </text>

<text>Introduction: According to WHO data from 2020, 144 million children
around the world had stunted growth in 2021. Based on the results of
the Indonesian Nutrition Status Study (SSGI), Ministry of Health, the
prevalence of stunting among children under five is 24.4% in 2021.
Poor nutrition during pregnancy and the early years of childhood has
the terrible side effect of stunting. Children that are stunted may never
reach their full height potential, and their brains may never fully mature
cognitively.
Methods: This study is quantitative in nature, with an analytic
approach and a quasi-experimental design with a pre-post test design by
using scation (stunting care application). The population in this study
were parents who had children aged 0–5 months, with a total sample of
212 mothers.
Result: The median value of knowledge is 55.0 and 50.0 for skills after
being given an intervention by scation (stunting care application),
while the median value for the control group is 45.0 for knowledge and
45.0 for skills. The increase in knowledge was 5.0 in the intervention
group (scation) and 2.0 in the control group, and there was an increase
in the same skills in both groups, namely 5.0 with a p-value of 0.004 for
knowledge and 0.007 for skills.
Conclusion: There is an effect of the SCATION application on
increasing mothers' knowledge and skills in the early detection of
stunting in toddlers </text>

Additionally, pharmacological drugs may be administered to facilitate the timely expulsion of the
fetus and placenta. Aim: The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of pelvic rocking and rebozo movements in lowering the fetal head in women in the first stage of labor. Methods: This study used a quantitative analytic method with a quasi-experimental research design with a two
group comparison of pretest-posttest design. Results: The results of the study showed that before and after the pelvic rocking movement was carried out, the asymptote sig value was obtained. The 2-tailed
was found to be 0.000 less than the alpha level of 5% (0.05), so it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in decreasing the fetal head. An asymptote sig value was found for the rebozo
movement. The fetal head's descent varied significantly before and after the rebozo movement, as
shown by the 2-tailed statistic's finding that it was 0.003 less than the 5% alpha threshold (0.05).
Conclusion: The conclusion of this study was that the significance value of pelvic rocking was 0.000,
which was smaller than the rebozo significance value of 0.003, which means that the pelvic rocking
group was more effective in decreasing the fetal head compared to the rebozo group. So, it is very useful if the pelvic rocking movement service is carried out when passing through the first stage of labour.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), as many as 250 million preschool children experience vitamin A deficiency events, with an estimated annual incidence of blindness of 250,000 to 500,000 children
(1% -2%), and within 12 months half of children died as a result of vitamin A
deficiency (WHO, 2019). This study aims to determine the factors that influence mothers in giving vitamin A capsules to toddlers at UPT Puskesmas Bahorok, Langkat Regency in 2021. The type of research is an analytical survey with a cross sectional study approach. The population is all mothers who have toddlers UPT Puskesmas Bahorok Langkat Regency in 2021 totaling 248 people. The number of samples used was 62 people obtained by using the 25% Arikunto formula. Data analysis technique using chi square. The results showed that 62 respondents were mothers who had toddlers, the results showed that the majority of respondents had good knowledge, 37 respondents (59.7%) and a minority of respondents who had bad knowledge, 25 respondents (40.3%), had higher education, 34 respondents (54.8%) ) and a minority of respondents with low education as many as 28 respondents (45.2%), a negative attitude as many as 32 respondents (51.6%) and a minority of respondents who had a positive attitude as many as 30 respondents (48.4%), and gave Vitamin A capsules as many as 32 respondents (51.6%) and a minority of respondents did not provide Vitamin A Capsules. As many as 30 respondents (48.4%) and there was a relationship between mother's knowledge (0.000), mother's education (0.003), attitude (0.01)
