WHO merekomendasikan minimal 8 kali kunjungan ANC selama masa kehamilan, yang mencakup pemeriksaan menyeluruh terhadap kesehatan ibu dan janin, serta pencegahan komplikasi melalui penilaian individu. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apa saja faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan ibu hamil terhadap pemeriksaan antenatal care di Puskesmas Butar Kecamatan Pagaran Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik dengan menggunakan desain cross sectional, sampel berjumlah 55 orang yang diambil secara purposive sampling. Analisis dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan Chi-Square dengan p-value < 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara skor kualitas tidur sebelum dan sesudah pijat bayi (p-value = 0,0002), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pijat bayi berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kualitas tidur malam bayi.Dengan adanya hasil penelitian ini disarankan agar tenaga kesehatan mengembangkan program edukasi tentang pijat bayi kepada orang tua, khususnya melalui layanan posyandu dan penyuluhan di Puskesmas.
