Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Riwayat Keluarga Dan Aktifitas Fisik Terhadap Terhadap Kejadian Hipertensi Pada Ibu Pus Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Simalingkar Medan Tahun 2022. Jenis penelitian dengan menggunakan studi kasus kontrol. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh penderita hipertensi yang berada diwilayah kerja Puskesmas Simalingkar dan sampel terdiri dari 47 kasus dan 47 kontrol. Pengambilan sampel dengan consecutive sampling, dilakuakan matcing group pada jenis kelamin, pendidikan dan pekerjaan. Metode analisa data dengan cara uji chi-square dan uji regresi logistik ganda pada α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian secara statistik menunjukkan bahwa obesitas (p < 0,001), berhubungan dengan kejadian hipertensi pada usia 18 40 tahun. Variabel yang tidak berhubungan dengan kejadian hipertensi pada usia 18-40 tahun adalah katifitas fisik. Berdasarkan hasil regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh adalah kebiasaan merokok dengan OR=13,807. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel yang berpengaruh dengan kejadian hipertensiobesitas. Disarankan kepada pihak Puskesmas Simalingkar agar dapat meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan terutama dalam hal promosi kesehatan tentang bahaya obesitas terhadap hipertensi pada usia 18-40 tahun serta melakukan konseling kesehatan pada penderita yang berrisiko terkena hipertensi, untuk melakukan pencegahan penyakit sedini mungkin.
