Tujuan penelitian Untuk mengetahui Hubungan antara Pengetahuan Ibu Tentang Inisiasi Menyusui Dini (IMD) dengan Pelaksanaan IMD di Klinik Pratama Sunartik Metode Penelitian Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain analitik korelasi studi Cross Sectional, Populasinya semua ibu nifas di Klinik Pratama Sunartik Kec. Sunggal Kab. Deli Serdang dengan sampel ibu nifas yang memenuhi kriteria sebanyak 42 orang. Analisis data dengan uji Chi-Square (X). Hasil penelitian: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa responden Mayoritas Pengetahuan Baik yang melakukan pemerian IMD sebesar 18 responden (75%), sedangkan Minoritas pengetahuan baik tidak melakukan pemerian IMD sebesar 4 responden ( 22%). Dan mayoritas pengetahuan yang tidak baik yang tidak melakukan pemerian IMD sebesar 14 responden(77,8%) sedangkan minoritas yang pengetahuan tidak baik tetapi melakukan IMD sebasar 6 responden (25%). Method: The analysis used is quantitative with bivariate tests carried out to determine whether there is a relationship between the independent factors and the dependent variable using the chi squer test. Results: knowledge, education, costs, parity, age, costs are the variables with a higher P value. < 0.05 means there is a significant relationship between these variables and the choice of place of delivery. Conclusion: with the variables studied with a total of 34 respondents. From the predisposing factors, there is a significant relationship between knowledge, education, costs, age and parity with the choice of place of birth and for the variables Occupation and marital status did not have a significant relationship with the choice of place of delivery.
