Endang Purwoastuti, 2016).Dari survei pendahuluan pada bulan Januari 2023 yang Klinik Siloam Kecamatan Siantar Barat Kota Pematangsiantar dijumpai Ibu Usia Subur sebanyak 20 orang, diantaranya 7 orang menyatakan kurang puas terhadap pelayanan Kontrasepsi. Berdasarkan uraian latar belakang, peneliti tertarik mengambil judul Hubungan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasaan Ibu Dalam Menggunakan Alat Kontrasepsi AKDR di Klinik Siloam Kecamatan Siantar Barat Kota Pematangsiantar Tahun 2023. Hasil: Masyarakat ini memperoleh bahwa peserta mampu memahami dan menguasai materi yang telah disampaikan.
