Wanita yang menikah pada usia tua atau dewasa dan bekerja secara aktif akan sangat mempengaruhi kesuburan seseorang wanita, diperkirakan muncul sekitar 2 juta pasangan infertilitas baru setiap tahun dan jumlah ini terus meningkat. Pasangan yang sehat akan mendapat pembuahan dalam 1 tahun diperkirakan sebanyak 85-90% (Nuparma, 2017). Data infertilitas di dunia menurut Badan Kesehatan Dunia (World Health Organization, WHO) dan laporan lainnya diperkirakan 8-12% pasangan yang mengalami masalah infertilitas selama masa reproduktif mereka. Jika delapan persen dari gambaran global populasi maka sekitar 60-80 juta pasangan yang belum dikaruniai anak.TUJUAN Untuk menganalisis Faktor –Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Terjadinya Infertilitas Primer Pada Pasangan Usia Subur Di Puskesmas Pegajahan Kec.Pegajahan Kab Serdang Bedagai Tahun 2023. METODE uji chi square p value < 0,05 berarti H0ditolak dan Ha diterima hasil uji statistic adanya hubungan signitifikan. HASIL adaada hubungan bermakna antara usia, Siklus Menstruasi dan Tidak Ada hubunganRiwayat PMSdan Pekerjaan dengan kejadian infertilitasdan merupakan faktor risiko yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kejadian infertilitas. Saran diberikan bagi penelitian dan bagi tempat penelitian dan bagi institusi Pendidikan tentang ASI eksklusif dan Pelaksanaan IMD bagi bayi baru lahir.
