Sekitar 50% sampai 90% ibu hamil mengalami mual dan muntah diantaranya 10% mengalami mual pada pagi hari, 80% mengalami keluhan persisten sepanjang hari. Tujuan penelitian dilakukan untuk melakukan asuhan kebidanan pada ibu hamil dengan Hiperemesis Gravidarum tingkat I menggunakan pendekatan manajemen kebidanan dengan 7 langkah varney. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan setelah melakukan penelitian dari pemeriksaan kunjungan pertama mengalami mual muntah, pusing dan tidak nafsu sehingga dilakukan asuhan kebidanan dengan Hiperemesis Gravidarum kondisi Ny. R dalam keadaan baik. Setelah melakukan asuhan kebidanan dengan memberikan diet yang dianjurkan telah dilaksanakan dan mengurangi rasa mual muntah yang berlebihan. Diharapkan kepada penyedia layanan asuhan kebidanan yang sedang menjalankan praktik untuk selalu mempertahankan dan meningkatkan pelayanan kebidanan yang sudah ada, khususnya terhadap pelayanan asuhan kebidanan pada ibu hamil dengan Hiperemesis Gravidarum Grade 1.
