Seiring dengan peningkatan populasi lansia global, diperlukan intervensi mandiri keperawatan yang aman dan non-farmakologis untuk mengatasi keluhan nyeri pencernaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai efektivitas intervensi akupresur terhadap penurunan tingkat nyeri pada lansia dengan gangguan pencernaan di UPTD Pelayanan Sosial Lanjut Usia Binjai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan rancangan quasi-experiment menggunakan desain one-group pretest-posttest pada 25 responden. Intervensi dilakukan melalui penekanan manual pada titik meridian ST36, ST 25, LI4, dan CV2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas responden menderita GERD (36%) dan gastritis (32%). Sebelum intervensi, sebanyak 68% responden mengalami nyeri sedang, namun setelah intervensi, angka nyeri sedang menurun menjadi 40% dan nyeri ringan meningkat menjadi 60%. Uji statistik Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test menunjukkan nilai p-value = 0,008 (p < 0,05), yang menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan pemberian akupresur terhadap penurunan intensitas nyeri gastrointestinal pada lansia. Terapi ini direkomendasikan sebagai asuhan keperawatan holistik untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup kelompok lanjut usia . Evidence regarding digital interventions based on the family centered empowerment model (FCEM) remains limited. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of an FCEM-based digital E-Pocket Book in improving self-efficacy and adherence to iron tablet consumption among pregnant women. A quasi-experimental pretest–posttest control group study was conducted at the Sentosa Baru Community Health Center in Medan, Indonesia, from July to August 2025. A total of 50 pregnant women (gestational age, 14–36 weeks) were allocated to an intervention group (n = 25) and a control group (n = 25). The intervention group received the FCEM-based E-Pocket Book for four weeks, while the control group received standard antenatal education. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon signed-rank and Mann–Whitney U tests. The intervention group demonstrated significantly greater improvements in self-efficacy (p = 0.027; d = 0.78) and adherence to iron supplementation (p = 0.001; d = 0.91) than the control group. In conclusion, the family-centered empowerment–based digital pocketbook is effective in improving self-efficacy and adherence to iron supplementation among pregnant women. This community service aims to optimize self-efficacy and compliance with TTD consumption through the downstream of the SIAP-TTD e-Pocket Book with the Family-Centered Empowerment Model (FCEM) approach. The activity was carried out for four weeks in the working area of the Sentosa Baru Health Center involving 25 pregnant women and their families. The methods used include socialization, demonstration of the application's interactive features, and intensive assistance based on family empowerment. The results of the evaluation showed a significant improvement in participants' basic understanding from 20% to 85%, as well as application usability and consumption compliance from 15% to 80%. This intervention succeeded in increasing the mother's confidence to complete the 90-tablet program and fostering the active role of the family as emotional and informational support. Adaptation in the form of providing a hard copy version was carried out to overcome mobile data access constraints. The synergy between digital technology and family empowerment has proven to be effective in improving maternal health at the community level. Design Correlative descriptive type research with cross sectional research design cross sectional where data between the dependent variable (early mobilization) and the dependent variable (length of wound healing) are measured at the same time, but not all research subjects are observed on the same day or time . Research methods The data collection method uses primary data, namely the type of questionnaire on the sample. Secondary data is data that supports this research such as health center profiles and annual reports. Results From the statistical test results , the value of p=0.000 was obtained , which means there is a significant relationship between early mobilization and wound healing in patients after laparotomy surgery. Meanwhile, the OR value = 0.067, meaning that respondents who do not carry out early mobilization are likely to have a 0.067 times greater risk of slow healing compared to those who carry out early mobilization. Conclusion Of the 30 respondents, the majority carriedout early mobilization, namely 18 people (60%), who experienced rapid healing of wounds after laparotomy surgery, namely 16 people (53.3%) Suggestions Researchers are expected to seek more knowledge about early mobilization and laparotomy .
