The Health Belief Model (HBM) provides a framework to improve health behaviors through modifying perceptions of risk, benefit, and self-efficacy. Methods: This quantitative study employed a pre-experimental design with a two-group pretest-posttest approach. A total of 50 adolescents aged 12–16 years in Desa Bangun Rejo were recruited using cluster sampling and divided into experimental and control groups (25 each). Data were collected using Likert-scale questionnaires measuring self-awareness, self-efficacy, and emotional regulation before and after HBM-based educational intervention. Data analysis used descriptive statistics, Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test, Levene’s test, and independent t-test with a significance level of 5%. Results: The experimental group showed an increase in mean score from 66.00 to 87.60 (p < 0.05), while the control group improved from 64.96 to 76.48 (p < 0.05). Independent t-test results indicated a greater mean improvement in the experimental group (difference 11.12, t = 3.754, p = 0.001), confirming the effectiveness of the HBM intervention in increasing mental health accessibility and reducing anxiety levels. Conclusion: HBM-based interventions significantly enhance adolescent mental health accessibility by improving self-awareness and self-efficacy, thus supporting better emotional regulation. This is research is an intervention study with a cross sectional design. Participants are prospective brides, pregnant women and postpartum mothers who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Retrieval and collection of research data was carried out using the probability purposive sampling method. A total of 82 participants took part in study. This research was conducted at the PMB Sarfina Br Sembiring clinic in November-December 2023. Results & Conclusions from each of the 10 respondents or 33.3% of prospective brides, pregnant and postpartum women, there is an influence of participation, namely increasing the knowledge of prospective brides and grooms 28%, pregnant women 30% and postpartum 12%. Meanwhile, product innovation shows an increase in the weight of prospective brides, pregnant and postpartum women, but there is no increase in arm circumference and the influence of Shopee application technology and other applications seems that the average knowledge of health shop partners is 31.6% less compared to Shopee and other applications. Berdasarkan Data Badan Kesehatan Dunia (WHO) pada tahun 2017 menyatakan jumlah penderita tuberkulosis di Indonesia sekitar 528 ribu atau berada di posisi tiga di dunia setelah India dan Cina. Pasien tuberkulosis yang di rawat inap di RS Tria Dipa Jakarta mengalami kenaikan yaitu pada tahun 2017 sebesar 6,6% menjadi 16,3% pada tahun 2018. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan tentang Tuberkulosis (TB) dengan tingkat kecemasan pada pasienTBParu di RS Tria Dipa Jakarta Tahun 2019. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kolerasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 60 orang dengan teknik simple random sampling. Analisis datanya meliputi analisis univariat menggunakan distribusi frekuensi dan analisis bivariat menggunakan uji chi square dengan α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa kurang dari setengahnya (40,0%) pasien berpengetahuan kurang dan lebih dari setengahnya (60,0%) pasien mengalami cemas sedang. Ada hubungan antara pengetahuan tentang tuberkulosis (TB) dengan tingkat kecemasan pada pasien TB paru di RS Tria Dipa Jakarta Tahun 2019 (pvalue = 0,047).
