Pencegahan komplikasi ini dapat dilakukan dengan intervensi sederhana namun efektif berupa mobilisasi dini. Tujuan Penelitian: Penelitian ini dirancang untuk mengetahui efektivitas mobililisi dini dalam mengurangi lama perawatan di rumah sakit dan meningkatkan fungsi paru-paru pada pasien yang telah menjalani operasi besar di RSUP H. Adam Malik. Metode Penelitian: Pendekatan kelompok kontrol pretest-posttest diterapkan dalam studi ini melalui penggunaan desain kuasi-eksperimental. Prosedur bedah pascaoperasi besar dilakukan pada 60 pasien. Ada dua kelompok pasien: kelompok kontrol (30 pasien) dan kelompok intervensi (30 pasien). Setelah operasi, kelompok intervensi dimobilisasi lebih awal daripada kelompok kontrol, yang dimobilisasi sesuai dengan protokol standar rumah sakit dalam 24 jam pertama. Rekam medis digunakan untuk mendokumentasikan durasi rawat inap, dan fungsi paru-paru dievaluasi menggunakan spirometri (nilai FEV, dan FVC) Hasil Penelitian: Kelompok mobilisasi dini menunjukkal perbaikan fungsi paru yang signifikan secara statistik (FEV, dan FVC) dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol (p<0,05). Selain itu pasien dalam kelompok intervensi mengalami masa rawat inap yang secara signifikan lebih pendek dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol (p<0,01). Kesimpulan: Peningkatan fungsi paru-paru dan pengurangan durasi rawat inap keduanya merupakan keuntungan dari mobilisasi dini setelah prosedur bedah yang signifikan. Kehamilan suatu keadaan yang istimewa bagi seorang wanita sebagai calon ibu, karena pada masa kehamilan akan terjadi perubahan fisik yang mempengaruhi kehidupannya. Pada waktu kehamilan akan terjadi banyak perubahan baik perubahan fisik, sosial dan mental. Ibu yang hamil harus memiliki gizi yang cukup, karena gizi yang didapatkan akan digunakan untuk dirinya sendiri dan janinnya. Bagi ibu hamil pada dasarnya semua zat gizi memerlukan tambahan, namun yang sering kali menjadi kekurangan adalah energi protein dan beberapa mineral seperti zat besi (Pantiawati dalam Mulyani, 2017). Perawatan payudara adalah salah satu perilaku kesehatan. Perilaku kesehatan (menurut Skinner) adalah: “suatu respon seseorang terhadap stimulus yang berkaitan dengan sakit dan penyakit, sistem pelayanan kesehatan, makan dan minum, serta lingkungan” (Unimus, 2012). Becker menguraikan perilaku kesehatan menjadi tiga domain, yakni pengetahuan kesehatan, sikap terhadap kesehatan, dan praktik kesehatan (Wikipedia, 2012). Menurut Lawrence Green (1980) dalam Notoadmodjo (2007) terdapat 2 faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku manusia dalam hal kesehatan, yaitu: faktor internal yang meliputi pengetahuan, persepsi, emosi, motivasi, sosial-ekonomi, dan kebudayaan, dan faktor eksternal yaitu lingkungan. Sejauh ini dari literatur yang peneliti telusuri banyak penelitian yang membahas mengenai perilaku perawatan payudara, baik pada masa antenatal maupun masa kehamilan . TUJUAN Untuk menganalisis hubungan antara Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Ibu Hamil Dalam Melakukan Perawatan Payudara Di Klinik Pratama Nirmala Tahun 2023. METODE uji chi square p value < 0,05 berarti H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima hasil uji statistic adanya hubungan signitifikan. HASIL ada ada hubungan bermakna antara hubungan antara Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Ibu Hamil Dalam Melakukan Perawatan Payudara Di Klinik Pratama Nirmala Tahun 2023.
