Secara global, pengguna kontrasepsi modern telah meningkat tidak signifikan dari 54% tahun 1990 menjadi 57,4% pada tahun 2015 secara regional, proposi pasangan usia subur 15-49 tahun melaporkan pengguna metode kontrasepsi modern telah meningkat antara tahun 2008-2015. Peserta KB aktif adalah pasangan usia subur yang sedang menggunakan salah satu alat kontrasepsi tanpa intervensi kehamilan. Menurut Profil Kesehatan Kota Medan (2016), peserta KB aktif menggunakan suntikan (33,9%), pil (30,1%), dan MOP (1.1%) sebagai metode kontrasepsi pilihan mereka. Tujuan penelitian dilakukan agar dapat melaksanakan asuhan kebidanan dengan kenaikan berat badan pada akseptor KB suntik tiga bulan menggunakan pendekatan manajemen kebidanan dengan 7 langkah varney. Metode: penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian studi kasus. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan setelah melakukan penelitian dari pemeriksaan kunjungan pertama responden mengelul mengalami kenaikan berat badan secara drastis sehingga dilakukan manajemen asuhan Kebidanan akseptor kb suntik tiga bulan dengan kenaikan berat badan. Kesimpulan yan Hiperoleh Setelah melakukan asuhan kebidanan dengan memberikan penjelasan mengena IE diet dan olahraga dengan benar dan teratur sehingga dapat menurunkan berat badan iba Diharapkan kepada penyedia layanan asuhan kebidanan yang sedang menjalankan praktik untuk selalu mempertahankan dan meningkatkan pelayanan kebidanan yang sudah ada ususnya terhadap pelayanan asuhan kebidanan pada akseptor kb suntik 3 bulan deng naikan berat badan. Saran ditujukan kepada Pra Menopause agar mengetahui cara mengatasi kecemasan menghadapi Pra Menopause sehingga ibu dapat menerima bahwa ibu berada dalam tahap Pra Menopause.
