Perkembangan remaja mulai dari perkembangan fisik,sosia, intelektual dan emosional. Penggunaan smartphone dapat mempengaruhiremaja berperilaku negatif seperti meononton video prono, melihat foto prono,melihat video prono tanpa sengaja diiklan, menhubungi pacar dan bermesraan.Perilaku seksual yang dilakukan oleh remaja yaitu berpacaran,berpelukan,menggandeng tangan, mencium pipi dan bibir. Tujuan: untuk mengetahuibagaimana pengaruh penggunaan smartphone terhadap perilaku seksual remaja diDesa Hutagaol Peatalun Kecamatan Balige Kabupaten Toba Tahun 2022.Metode: Jenis penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif,metodepenelitian dengan cross sectional. Pupulasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 56 remajadi Desa Hutagaol Peatalun dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 35 reponden denganmenggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan menggunakan teknik analisis datauji chi-square. Hasil: pada penggunaan smartphone kategori tinggi sebanyak 19responden (19%). Sedangkan remaja dengan perilaku seksual beresiko sebanyak 6responden (10,3%). Dari uji statisti dengan menggunakan chi-square diperolehnilai signifikan p value = 0,003 < 0,05 maka disimpulkan (H0) ditolak dan (Ha)diterima. Kesimpulan: Adanya pengaruh penggunaan smartphone terhadapperilaku seksual remaja di Desa Hutagaol Peatalun Kecamatan Balige KabupatenToba Tahun 2022. Kata kunci : Smarphone, Perilaku, Seksual, Remaja.
