NAGAN RAYA TAHUN 2021 Description An account of the resource Latar Belakang : Data dari WHO (2018) didapatkan kejadian sebesar 1.769.425 jiwa (90%) wanita yang mengalami dismenorea, 10-15% diantaranya mengalami dismenorea berat. Di Indonesia angka kejadian dismenorea primer adalah sekitar 54,89% sedangkan sisanya penderita dengan dismenorea sekunder. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Endorphine Massage terhadap intensitas nyeri haid pada remaja di SMA Negeri 2 Darul Makmur Kab. Nagan Raya tahun 2021. Metode : Penelitin ini merupakan jenis penelitian Quasi Experiment dengan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest design, sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 21 remaja yang mengalami nyeri haid yang di peroleh dengan mengunakan teknik purposive sampling, tehnik analisis data mengunakan Uji Wilcoxcon Signed Rank Test. Hasil : Hasil yang di peroleh bahwa semua responden yang di berikan perlakuan mengalami penurunan intensitas nyeri haid dibandingkan dengan responden yang tidak di beri perlakuan dengan nilai p = 0,000 yang berarti kurang dari α < 0,005. Kesimpulan : Ada pengaruh Endorhine Massage terhadap intensitas nyeri haid pada remaja di SMA Negeri 2 Darul Makmur. Disarankan bagi tenaga kesehatan khususnya Kecamatan Darul Makmur untuk menerapkan tehnik Endorphine Massage pada remaja yang mengalami nyeri haid untuk mengurangi intensitas nyeri. Jika delapan persen dari gambaran global populasi maka sekitar 60-80 juta pasangan yang belum dikaruniai anak. Tujuan Untuk menganalisis Faktor – Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Terjadinya Infertilitas Primer Pada Pasangan Usia Subur Di Puskesmas Pegajahan Kec.Pegajahan Kab Serdang Bedagai Tahun 2023. Metode uji chi square p value < 0,05 berarti H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima hasil uji statistic adanya hubungan signitifikan.
