Perineal wound is a tear in the birth canal spontaneously or by episiotomy at the time of delivery of the fetus. The dangers and complications of perineal rupture include bleeding, infection, and dyspareunia (pain during sexual intercourse). Bleeding at perineal rupture can be severe especially in grades I and III ruptures or if the perineal rupture extends to the side or up the vulva on the clitoris. Based on an initial survey conducted by researchers at the Nabila Primary Clinic, Deli Serdang Regency on March 29, 2022. Out of 8 postpartum mothers, only 3 mothers did Early Mobilization, due to fear after childbirth. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between early mobilization and the perineal wound healing process in postpartum mothers at the Nabila Pratama Clinic in 2022. The research method used was observational with a cross-sectional survey analytic descriptive research type. The results of this Bivariate study indicate that the Chi-Square Statistical Test results obtained a P value of 0.021, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is a significant relationship between Early Mobilization and the Healing Process of Perineal Wounds in Post Partum Mothers. This research is a quasi-experiment research with a two group pretest and posttest design. The population in this study was 50 elderly people in Bangun Rejo Village in 2024. The sampling technique was carried out using a purposive sampling technique so that the total sample was 50 people. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon test. The results of this study show that from the results of the excellent innovation research, the acceleration of blood pressure reduction in hypertensive elderly with deep breathing and a combination of natural ingredients (apium graveolens and black garlic) means that the average blood pressure in the control group at the first examination was 146.12 mmHg and at the second examination The average blood pressure is 149.20 mmHg with a p value (mean) of 0.238 > 0.05, meaning it is not significant. It was concluded that research on Excellent Innovation Accelerated Blood Pressure Reduction in Hypertensive Elderly People Using Slow Deep Breathing and a Combination of Natural Ingredients (Apium Graveolens and Black Garlic) in Bangun Rejo Village in 2024 on 50 elderly people, with 25 elderly people as controls and 25 elderly people as cases, obtained results in the elderly as controls, the average blood pressure at the first examination was 146.12 mmHg, while the average blood pressure at the second examination was 147.28 mmHg. It can be seen that the difference in the mean value between the first and second measurements is -1.26. The statistical test results showed a p value = 0.238 > 0.05, which means there was no significant difference between blood pressure in the first and second measurements in elderly people as controls. Meanwhile, in elderly cases, the average blood pressure result of the first examination was 165.72 mmHg, while the average blood pressure at the second examination was 136.92 mmHg. This study aims to analyze the behavior of postpartum mothers and Acehnese families in postpartum care at the Beutong Health Center, Nagan Raya Regency in 2024. A quantitative research method with a descriptive design was used, and the sampling technique applied was total sampling, with a population of 40 postpartum mothers. Data collection was carried out through interviews using a questionnaire. The results showed that 77.5% of mothers and families were aware of the nutrition needed for postpartum mothers, 58.3% understood the process of uterine involution, and 100% of postpartum mothers knew daily activities to accelerate recovery. The family's supportive attitude towards postpartum care was evident in their recommendations, such as providing vegetables (83.3%) and fish (80.5%), forbidding the mother from leaving the house (100%), and administering algae (88.9%). However, 30.6% of postpartum mothers did not consume vegetables regularly. These findings highlight the importance of improving family understanding and support in postpartum care to accelerate the recovery of mothers and babies. The implication of this research is expected to improve postpartum care programs at Beutong Health Center.
