The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between nutritional status and hyperemesis gravidarum in pregnant women at the Langsa Lama Health Center, Langsa City in 2023. Case control research design, population of 68 pregnant women. The research results showed a relationship between nutritional status and the incidence of hyperemesis gravidarum in pregnant women at the Langsa Lama Health Center, Langsa City. Pregnant women with poor nutritional status will experience hyperemesis gravidarum 7.5 times compared to pregnant women with good nutritional status. It is recommended that health workers, especially those at Community Health Centers, always inform pregnant women about hyperemesis gravidarum and risk factors for hyperemesis gravidarum. Pregnant women are expected to always seek information about hyperemesis gravidarum and risk factors for hyperemesis gravidarum.. Desain penelitian case control, populasi 68 ibu hamil. Hasil penelitian ada hubungan status gizi dengan kejadian hiperemesis gravidarum pada ibu hamil di Puskesmas Langsa Lama Kota Langsa. Perubahan organ reproduksi ini disebut involusi. Asuhan masa nifas diperlukan dalam periode ini karena merupakan masa kritis baik ibu maupun bayinya. Diperkirakan 60% kematian ibu akibat kehamilan terjadi setelah persalinan dan 50% kematian masa nifas terjadi dalam 24 jam pertama. Asuhan masa nifas dilakukan untuk mengurangi angka kematian ibu karena masa nifas merupakan masa kritis yang perlu mendapat pemantauan. Hasil : asuhan pada NY "S" dengan nifas fisiologi post partum 3 Hari yang lalu dengan keluhan perut masih terasa mules dan ASI Keluar sedikit dan selama 3hari ini tidak ditemukan adanya masalah potensial seperti tanda tanda mastitis, asi tersumbat, abses payudara,dan kangker payudara. Namun ASI tersebut Keluar sedikit karna belum adanya rangsangan dengan cara bayi mesunyusui pada ibu.Kontraksi Rahim bagus dan Lochea sesuai . Kesimpulan : Dari studi kasus setelah dilakukan pemeriksaan dan analisa data pada ibu dengan pada ibu 3 hari postpartum di PMB Bd. Riyanti pada tahun 2024 masa nifas berjalan dengan normal, tanda tanda vital dalam batas normal dan telah di lakukan pendokumentasian dan tindakan yang telah di laksanakan pada NY "S" dengan hasil tidak di temukan kesenjangan antara teori dan kasus yang di dapatkan. Mental health disorders or depression are mental problems that are one of the factors that have not achieved a level of health in Indonesia and the world, so the transformation of adolescent mental health continues to be carried out throughout the world (1). Mental health is very vulnerable to teenagers. WHO data (2022) states that 1 in 7 children aged 10-19 years are known to experience psychological problems. The prevalence rate for mental health disorders in Asia ranges from 1.81% to 23.3%. (2) Data in Indonesia shows that 6.1% of the Indonesian population aged 15 years and over experiences mental health disorders. According to the 2022 Indonesian National Adolescent Mental Health Survey (I-NAMHS), as many as 15.5 million or 1 in 3 adolescents (34.8%) in Indonesia experience mental health. This research aims to analyze the development of health promotion-based education methods to increase the accessibility of adolescent mental health in Bangun Rejo Village. (b) To determine the feasibility of health promotion-based education methods to increase the accessibility of adolescent mental health in Bangun Rejo Village. The research method used is Research and Development, with stages of analyzing the method to be developed, the method development process, product testing, and the revision and evaluation stage to improve method weaknesses. The research results on developing health promotion-based education methods to increase mental health accessibility among adolescents in Bangun Rejo Village show that the results of the first hypothesis test are accepted, namely that there is an influence between self awareness and self-awareness. Emotional and mental regulation of teenagers in Sudi Rejo Village, Tanjung Morawa District, means higher self-awareness. Title A name given to the resource Development of Health Promotion-Based Education Methods to Increase Accessibility of Adolescent Mental Health Description An account of the resource One of the elements in not attaining good health in the globe still is mental health diseases and depression, According to WHO in 2022, one in seven youngsters between the ages of 10 and 19 struggle psychologically. In Indonesia, mental health issues affect about 6.1% of teenagers fifteen years of age and above. Consequently, health promotion has to be developed in order to make teenagers more easily accessible for mental health education. The project intends to establish the creation of a Health Promotion-based Education Method for Increasing Accessibility of Adolescent Mental Health in Bangs Rejo Village. (b) to ascertain the Feasibility of a Hath Promotion-based Education Method for Rising Adolesdent Mental Health Accessibility in Bangun Rejo Village is a quantitative research approach. The method of sampling is accidental one. There were 302 teenagers in all, Anno table data analysis combined with one-sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test. According to the study, 191 (63.2%) youth reported moderate emotional and mental health. There were 252 youths in all with intermediate self-awareness and 245 with moderate self-efficacy. With a P value of 0.416, self-awareness and self-efficacy clearly affect emotional and mental control. Self-awareness with a P value of 0.000 influences mental and emotional control. The accessibility of adolescent mental health is influenced by the development of health promotion-based education strategies, mostly self-awareness and self-efficacy. Health professionals should be able to provide parents with sources of information on how to raise teenagers, particularly in terms of developing self-awareness and self-efficacy so that appropriate emotional and mental control results.
