Breast milk dam is the occurrence of swelling in the breast due to increased venous and lymph flow which causes milk dams and pain accompanied by an increase in body temperature (Winkjosastro, 2016). The purpose of this study was to determine in the relationship between breast care and the incidence of ASI dams in the Ns Baby Spa And Mom Care Clinic Medan Johor District Medan City in 2019. This type of research is an observational analytic case control study approach. The population was all breastfeeding mothers who experienced breastfeeding dam events in the 2019 Ns Baby Spa And Mom Care Clinic , totaling 80 people. The number of samples used was 31 people obtained using simple random sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaires and checklist sheets to monitor the management of breast care. The distribution of the female population is 133,542,018 and the male population is 136,661,899. Based on the results of population projections, in 2019 the population of North Sumatra is 14,562,549 people consisting of 7,266,207 men and 7,296,342 women or with a sex ratio of 99.59 (every 100 women there are 99 men). The aim of the study was to find out the relationship between the decision to choose contraceptive devices and socio-economic conditions on the fertility of couples of childbearing age in the working area of the Bukit Kapur Health Center in Dumai City in 2022. The research method is observational and the type of research is descriptive analytic with cross sectional, namely studying the correlation between risk factors with effects in the form of certain health status. The results of the study showed that there was a relationship between the decision to choose the type of contraception and fertility in the working area of the Bukit Kapur Health Center, Dumai City, in 2022 where the p-value was 0.003 (p <0.05) and there was no relationship between socio-economic status and fertility in the Bukit Kapur City Health Center work area. Title A name given to the resource Design And Implementation Of Android And Gps Based Friend Application In Mitigation Efforts And Early Emergency Aid For Disaster Victims In Maternal And Neonatal Parents Subject The topic of the resource Maternal, Neonatal Description An account of the resource This study aims to analyze the design and implementation of the Friend application based on Android and GPS as an effort to mitigate and respond to early emergency situations for disaster victims, especially pregnant women and newborns. This vulnerable group often faces high risks during disasters due to limited mobility and lack of access to effective information and communication. This study uses a qualitative method with an observation and interview approach to the community in disaster-prone areas, health workers, and related parties at the Kampung Baru Health Center, Medan. The application development uses the UML (Unified Modeling Language) system, including use cases, activity diagrams, and sequence diagrams. The results of the study show that the Friend application is able to integrate emergency reporting, mapping of disaster-prone areas, and direct communication with health workers and the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD). The trial showed that the application can determine the user's position with an average accuracy of 12.9 meters and a response time of 1.49 seconds, allowing for rapid handling of pregnant women and babies in emergency conditions. The implications of this study indicate that the application of digital technology in disaster mitigation can increase the effectiveness of emergency responses for vulnerable groups, as well as accelerate coordination between the community, medical personnel, and authorities. Friend is expected to be an innovative solution in improving the safety of mothers and babies in disaster situations.
