Ibu pascapersalinan dibagi menjadi kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol untuk sampel. Selama jangka waktu yang telah ditentukan, teknik BOM diberikan kepada kelompok intervensi, sementara kelompok kontrol tidak diberikan terapi apapun. Lembar observasi digunakan untuk menilai jumlah ASI yang diproduksi sebelum dan sesudah operasi. Berdasarkan hasil, kelompok intervensi menghasilkan ASI yang signifikan lebih banyak daripada kelompok kontrol (p < 0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa teknik BOM efektif untuk meningkatkan produksi ASI ibu pascapersalinan. Teknik BOM telah terbukti berhasil meningkatkan dan meningkatan produksi ASI. Untuk mendukung pemberian ASI yang efektif, intervensi ini disarankan sebagai komponen program perawatan pascapersalinan. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 responden dengan menggunakan Purposive Sampling, dianalisis menggunakan Uji Paired T- test, dan waktu penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Mei sampai Juni. Hasil: Hasil penelitian didapatkan sesudah diberikan teknik relaksasi nafas dalam, dengan nilai p-value = 0,000 (p < 0,05) artinya Ha diterima yang berarti ada efek signifikan sesudah diberikan teknik relaksasi nafas dalam. Kesimpulan: Diharapkan kepada remaj putri dapat mempraktikkan teknik relaksasi nafas dalam sebagai upaya penanganan dalam menurunkan nyeri dismenore sehingga tidak mengganggu aktifitas pada saat menstruasi. Promosi kesehatan merupakan strategi penting untuk meningkatkan efikasi diri dan kepatuhan ibu hamil dalam mengonsumsi TTD. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas promosi kesehatan terhadap self-efficacy, kepatuhan, dan konsumsi tablet tambah darah di Klinik Sarfina melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dengan quasi experiment desain pendidikan intervensi digital. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 20 ibu hamil yang menerima suplementasi tablet tambah darah (TTD). Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner MMAS-8 dan media leaflet. Analisis data menggunakan uji wilcoxon. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan signifikan tingkat self-efficacy, kepatuhan, dan konsumsi TTD pada kelompok intervensi setelah diberikan promosi kesehatan melalui media leaflet secara signifikan (p<0,05). Promosi kesehatan yang dilakukan dengan media leaflet secara digital efektif dalam meningkatkan efikasi diri, kepatuhan dan konsumsi TTD pada ibu hamil. Saran bagi bidan dan tenaga kesehatan agar memberikan promosi kesehatan yang lebih terstruktur dan terukur, salah satunya melalui media leaflet dan dilakukan secara rutin dalam pelayanan antenatal care. Limited adherence to iron supplementation highlights the need for alternative approaches. Brassica oleracea rich in essential nutrients, may support immune function and hemoglobin synthesis. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of this product in biscuit form on immunity and hemoglobin levels in pregnant women. Methods: A quasi-experimental study with a pre-test-post-test control group design was conducted. Eighteen interventions were divided into both intervention and control groups. The intervention group received biscuits in addition to standard care, while the control group received standard care alone. Measurements were obtained before and after treatment. Results: There was a statistically significant difference in immune status between the intervention and control groups (p = 0.044). However, no significant difference in hemoglobin levels was observed between groups (p = 0.560). Conclusion: Brassica oleracea biscuit supplementation significantly improved immune status in pregnant women but did not result in a statistically significant difference in hemoglobin levels compared to standard care. These findings suggest that Brassica oleracea-based functional foods may serve as a complementary strategy to enhance maternal immunity during pregnancy. Evidence regarding digital interventions based on the family centered empowerment model (FCEM) remains limited. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of an FCEM-based digital E-Pocket Book in improving self-efficacy and adherence to iron tablet consumption among pregnant women. A quasi-experimental pretest–posttest control group study was conducted at the Sentosa Baru Community Health Center in Medan, Indonesia, from July to August 2025. A total of 50 pregnant women (gestational age, 14–36 weeks) were allocated to an intervention group (n = 25) and a control group (n = 25). The intervention group received the FCEM-based E-Pocket Book for four weeks, while the control group received standard antenatal education. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon signed-rank and Mann–Whitney U tests. The intervention group demonstrated significantly greater improvements in self-efficacy (p = 0.027; d = 0.78) and adherence to iron supplementation (p = 0.001; d = 0.91) than the control group. In conclusion, the family-centered empowerment–based digital pocketbook is effective in improving self-efficacy and adherence to iron supplementation among pregnant women.
