Angka cakupan kepuasan konsumen dalam pelayanan antenatal care mengalami angka realisasi sebesar 216 per 1000 kelahiran hidup (WHO, 2019). SKI yang menyatakan 90% ibu hamil dalam pelayanan antenatal care adalah cukup puas terhadap komunikasi bidan. Namun, masih ditemukan 10% ibu hamil yang merasa kurang puas terhadap pelayanan antenatal care. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan komunikasi bidan dengan tingkat kepuasan ibu hamil pada pelayanan antenatal care di UPTD Puskesmas Kotanopan Kabupaten Mandailing Natal Provinsi Sumatera Utara Tahun 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian deskriptif korelasional dan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling sebanyak 30 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar komunikasi bidan berada pada kategori baik sebanyak 19 orang (63,3%) dan sebagian besar tingkat kepuasan ibu hamil adalah puas sebanyak 17 orang (56,7%). Berdasarkan uji chi-square diperoleh nilai p = 0,002 (p < 0,05) yang artinya ada hubungan yang signifikan antara komunikasi bidan dengan tingkat kepuasan ibu hamil pada pelayanan antenatal care di UPTD Puskesmas Kotanopan Kabupaten Mandailing Natal Provinsi Sumatera Utara Tahun 2024. Research Results: Statistical tests using the Wilcoxon test showed that there was an effect of listening to English classical music and murrottal music on reducing depression levels in the elderly in Bangun Rejo Village, Tanjung Morawa District in 2024, with a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05). Meanwhile, for the difference in influence test, the p value obtained was 0.036 (<0.05). Conclusion: With these results, it can be concluded that there is an effect of listening to English classical music and murrottal music on reducing depression levels in the elderly in Bangun Rejo Village, Tanjung Morawa District in 2024. Karena cakupan menyusui eksklusif di Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat Gunung Tinggi masih relatif rendah (43,7%) dibandingkan dengan target nasional, penelitian ini sangat diperlukan. Ketidakmerataan pasokan ASI oleh ibu menjadi faktor utama yang berkontribusi terhadap kegagalan dalam mencapai cakupan pemberian ASI eksklusif. Keyakinan ibu pasca persalinan terhadap kemampuan diri mereka memiliki korelasi langsung dengan seberapa efisien tubuh mereka memproduksi ASI. Keyakinan diri seorang ibu dapat didefinisikan sebagai keyakinannya terhadap kemampuan dirinya pada menyusui anaknya. Tujuan studi ini adalah sebagai berikut: 1) pada menentukan sejauh mana Skala SE Menyusui (BSES-SF) mengukur SE; 2) pada menentukan sejauh mana alat ukur yang valid mengukur kelancaran produksi ASI; 3) merancang e-booklet dan menilai seberapa baik e-booklet tersebut meningkatkan SE ibu pasca persalinan; 4) menerapkan pijat Oketani dan menilai seberapa baik pijat tersebut meningkatkan kelancaran produksi ASI. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan quasi-eksperimental dengan kelompok kontrol dan tes pra dan pasca. Sebanyak empat puluh peserta, dua puluh dari kelompok eksperimen dan dua puluh dari kelompok kontrol, dipilih menggunakan teknik seleksi purposif pada penelitian ini. Kedua kelompok, eksperimen dan kontrol, diberikan tes pra-intervensi. Kemudian, kelompok eksperimen diberikan intervensi. Setelah itu, kedua kelompok diberikan tes pasca. Sekitar 25 juta anak di seluruh dunia belum menerima imunisasi DPT lengkap pada tahun 2022, yang merupakan angka tertinggi dalam satu dekade terakhir. Sementara itu, Profil Kesehatan Indonesia Tahun 2023 mencatat bahwa cakupan imunisasi DPT-HB-Hib dosis lengkap (tiga kali) baru mencapai 85,3%, masih di bawah target nasional sebesar 95% (WHO, 2023). Pemberian kompres hangat pada bayi yang mendapatkan penyuntikan Imunisasi DPT, dapat menimbulkan efek hangat serta nyaman dan tenang, berupa sentuhan yang dapat menyebabkan terlepasnya endorphin, sehingga memblok transmisi stimulus nyeri, dan dapat juga mengurangi kemerahan dan bengkak pada tempat penyuntikan imunisa DPT. (Runiari&Surinati 2012) Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah Untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Terapi Kompres Hangat Pada Tempat Penyuntikan Terhadap Nyeri Pada Bayi Saat Imunisasi DPT Combo di PMB Pera Kecamatan Medan Tuntungan Kota Medan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian quasi eksperimental dengan menggunakan pendekatan Posttest only control group design yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi kompres hangat pada tempat penyuntikan terhadap respon nyeri pada bayi saat imunisasi DPT Combo. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yang akan digunakan adalah 40 bayi (20 bayi untuk kelompok ekperimen dan 20 bayi untuk kelompok kontrol) dengan Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik non probability sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner tertutup yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya Data dianalisis menggunakan uji statistic uji Korogorov Smirnov untuk menentukan distribusi data. Sedangkan untuk membandingkan kelompok kompres hangat dengan kelompok kontrol menggunakan uji Mann-Whitney. Berdasarkan Hasil analisis data dengan ujin Mann Whitney Test diperoleh nilai Symp.sig 0,0000,05 berarti Ho ditolak. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang sidnifikan antara terapi kompres hangat pada tempat penyuntikan saat imunisasi DPT Combo terhadap respon nyeri pada bayi di PMB Pera Kec. Medan Tuntungan Kota Medan Provinsi Sumatera Utara Tahun 2025.
