The aim is to find out the factors that cause post partum mothers to experience baby blues depression at the PBM Elsi Rahayana Clinic in 2023. Pre-Experimental Designs research method. All post partum mothers who gave birth at the PBM Elsi Rahayana Clinic during February – May 2023 were 38 people. Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test statistical test. The results of the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test showed that the p value was <0.05.

Children have certain characteristics that are unique and not the same as adults, they are always active, dynamic and curious about what they see, hear, feel and they never seem to stop exploring and learning. Children are egocentric, and have a natural curiosity. Research Objectives: To determine the relationship between parenting patterns and the independence of preschool-age children in Bangun Rejo Village, Tanjung Morawa District. This research design uses a correlation study. The sample in this study used a total sampling technique. From the results of univariate data analysis, it can be seen that authoritarian parenting patterns for preschool age children are in the non-authoritarian category, namely 26 respondents (26.8%). Democratic parenting styles for children are in the non-democratic category, namely 22 respondents (53.7%). The majority of permissive parenting styles for children are in the permissive category, namely 21 people (51.2%). The independence of preschool age children is mostly in the independent category, namely 22 (46.3%). The results of the bivariate data analysis. The statistical test results show that the p-value is 0.536 ˃ 0.05 so that the null hypothesis (Ho) is accepted, which means there is no significant relationship between authoritarian parenting and the independence of preschool-age children, and the statistical test results show that the p-value -value 0.257 ˃ 0.05 so the null hypothesis (Ho) is accepted which means there is no significant relationship between democratic parenting and the independence of preschool aged children. Then the results of statistical tests show that the p-value is 0.278 ˃ 0.05 so the null hypothesis ( Ho) is accepted, which means there is no significant relationship between parenting styles and the independence of preschool-aged children</text>

<text>Background: Pregnant women are one of the groups of people who are very vulnerable to nutritional problems, especially Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED). In 2020, the number of pregnant women experiencing Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED) was recorded at 1,200 people. This figure decreased to 1,000 people in 2021, and decreased again to 800 people in 2022. This decrease reflects efforts to improve health services for pregnant women in the area. The prevalence of Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED) in pregnant women in the work area of the Atu Lintang Health Center is still high
Methods: The type of research is an analytical survey with a Case Control approach. Population: all women aged 27-45 years at the Atu Lintang Health Center amounting to 60 people, the entire population is used as a sample. Bivariate analysis is an analysis to determine whether there is a relationship between independent variables can be used chi square test.
Result: The results of the study showed that there was a relationship between Education, Income, Parity and history of infectious diseases with the incidence of Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED) where the p-value was 0.008 for maternal education, 0.007 for occupation and Parity, and History of Infectious Diseases 0.016 ($p < 0.05$)
Conclusion: The prevalence of Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED) in pregnant women in this area is still relatively high, indicating that chronic nutritional problems in pregnant women are a significant health issue in the area</text>
