Pertimbangan mandiri setelah mengandung anak masih belum terkait dengan makanan, ASI, dan menyusui. ASI merupakan makanan bergizi terlengkap, aman, higienis dan sederhana. Ibu menyusui mengalami kegelisahan atau kecemasan dalam memberikan ASI sehingga sedikit banyaknya Ibu menyusui menglamai ASI Tidak Lancar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksplorasi kuantitatif dengan rencana keterlibatan korelasional, Desain penelitian yang akan digunakan adalah penjelasan mendalam dengan pendekatan pengumpulan informasilintas bagian. Pemeriksaan ini merupakan eksplorasi kuantitatif dengan rencana keterlibatan korelasional dimana rencana ini memeriksa hubungan antar faktor. Berdasarkan dengan hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang sangat besar antara ketegangan dan kelancaran produksi ASI. Nilai yang diperoleh p 0,001 lebih kecil dibandingkan a = 0,05 dengan menggunakan subjek penelitian termasuk ibu pasca hamil yang dirawat di ruang pasca hamil. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu Sebagian besar (60%) ibu pasca hamil yang melakukan kunjungan sementara ke Komunitas Samuel di Kawasan Medan Timur pada tahun 2023 mengalami kegelisahan. 53,3% ibu pasca hamil yang melakukan kunjungan sementara terdapat 16 dari 30 orang mengalami produksi ASI yang tidak terduga. Ada hubungan antara regangan ibu pasca hamil yang melakukan kunjungan sementara di Komunitas dengan perkembangan ASI p valuasi 0,001. Diharapkan Penelitian yang dapat dilakukan para ilmuwan kemudian akan melihat variabel-variabel yang dapat mempengaruhi stres ibu pasca hamil. Angka cakupan kepuasan konsumen dalam pelayanan antenatal care mengalami angka realisasi sebesar 216 per 1000 kelahiran hidup (WHO, 2019). SKI yang menyatakan 90% ibu hamil dalam pelayanan antenatal care adalah cukup puas terhadap komunikasi bidan. Namun, masih ditemukan 10% ibu hamil yang merasa kurang puas terhadap pelayanan antenatal care. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan komunikasi bidan dengan tingkat kepuasan ibu hamil pada pelayanan antenatal care di UPTD Puskesmas Kotanopan Kabupaten Mandailing Natal Provinsi Sumatera Utara Tahun 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian deskriptif korelasional dan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling sebanyak 30 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar komunikasi bidan berada pada kategori baik sebanyak 19 orang (63,3%) dan sebagian besar tingkat kepuasan ibu hamil adalah puas sebanyak 17 orang (56,7%). Berdasarkan uji chi-square diperoleh nilai p = 0,002 (p < 0,05) yang artinya ada hubungan yang signifikan antara komunikasi bidan dengan tingkat kepuasan ibu hamil pada pelayanan antenatal care di UPTD Puskesmas Kotanopan Kabupaten Mandailing Natal Provinsi Sumatera Utara Tahun 2024.
