(Abarca 2021) Keluarga Berencana merupakan usaha suami istri untuk mengukur jumlah dan dan jarak yang diinginkan.Usaha yang dimaksud termasuk kontrasepsi atau pencegahan kehamilan dan perencanaan keluarga. Prinsip dasar metode kontrasepsi adalah mencegah sperma laki-laki mencapai dan membuahi telur wanita (Fertilisasi) atau mencegah telur yang sudah dibuahi untuk berimplantasi (melekat) dan berkembang diDalam Rahim( Th. Endang Purwoastuti, 2016).Dari survei pendahuluan pada bulan Januari 2023 yang Klinik Siloam Kecamatan Siantar Barat Kota Pematangsiantar dijumpai Ibu Usia Subur sebanyak 20 orang, diantaranya 7 orang menyatakan kurang puas terhadap pelayanan Kontrasepsi. Berdasarkan uraian latar belakang, peneliti tertarik mengambil judul Hubungan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasaan Ibu Dalam Menggunakan Alat Kontrasepsi AKDR di Klinik Siloam Kecamatan Siantar Barat Kota Pematangsiantar Tahun 2023.
