SC (Sectio Caesarea) adalah persalinan buatan dimana janin dilahirkan melalui sayatan di dinding perut dan rahim, yang dapat mengakibatkan perdarahan dan luka sayatan (Meo, 2021). Di Indonesia jumlah seksio sesarea meningkat seiring dengan kejadian infeksi luka pasca SC, dimana sekitar 90% morbiditas pasca seksio sesarea pada data yang diperoleh disebabkan oleh infeksi luka operasi. Angka kejadian seksio sesarea (SC) semakin meningkat setiap tahunnya, dan menurut World Health Organization standar seksio sesarea di suatu negara adalah 5-10% dari setiap bayi baru lahir di dunia (Hastutik, 2020). Tujuan Untuk menganalisis Hubungan Pengetahuan Ibu Nifas Tentang Perawatan Luka Post SC Dengan Kejadian Infeksi Luka SC di Desa Multatuli Kec Natal Kab Mandailing Natal Tahun 2023. METODE uji chi square p value < 0,05 berarti H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima hasil uji statistic adanya hubungan signitifikan. HASIL ada ada hubungan bermakna antara Hubungan Pengetahuan Ibu Nifas Tentang Perawatan Luka Post SC Dengan Kejadian Infeksi Luka SC. Saran diberikan bagi penelitian dan bagi tempat penelitian dan bagi institusi Pendidikan tentang Perawatan Luka Post SC.
