Metode penelitian yang digunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sempel simple random sampling dengan melakukan wawancara secara langsung dan pertanyaan yang tidak terencana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penyuluhan dan deteksi dini kanker mulut rahim dengan IVA test dilaksanakan dimana peserta berjumlah 135 orang, dinyatakan 4 orang dengan hasil pemeriksaan yaitu positif memiliki lesi kanker dan hasil pemeriksaan tersebut telah dilaporkan ke pihak puskesmas. Kepada pihak pihak Puskesmas untuk memberikan penyuluhan secara komprehensif tentang kanker mulut rahim dan mengimplementasikan IVA Test secara rutin di wilayah kerja Puskesmas.
