Anxiety before childbirth is common among pregnant women and, if not properly managed, may lead to complications such as prolonged labor, uterine dysfunction, and increased obstetric interventions. This community service project aimed to reduce prenatal anxiety through the implementation of a diaphragm breathing exercise program for third trimester pregnant women in Bangun Rejo Village, Deli Serdang Regency. The program adopted a participatory educational approach involving 15 pregnant women who met the inclusion criteria. The activities included health education, demonstration, guided practice, monitored independent training, and evaluation. Knowledge improvement was assessed using pre- and post-tests, while anxiety levels were measured using the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS). The results showed a significant increase in participants’ knowledge (from a pre-test mean of 58.7 to a post-test mean of 85.3). Anxiety levels also decreased: 80% of participants experienced moderate to severe anxiety, which dropped to 7% after the intervention, with 60% reporting no anxiety symptoms. Ultimately, 100% of participants were able to perform the breathing exercise independently and stated they would continue practicing it regularly. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penyuluhan dan deteksi dini kanker mulut rahim dengan IVA test dilaksanakan dimana peserta berjumlah 135 orang, dinyatakan 4 orang dengan hasil pemeriksaan yaitu positif memiliki lesi kanker dan hasil pemeriksaan tersebut telah dilaporkan ke pihak puskesmas. Menurut data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), pada tahun 2022, 33,76% remaja Indonesia menikah pertama kali pada usia 19 hingga 21 tahun. Pelaksanaan pengabdian dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan media Booklet yang berisi tentang pendewasaan usia perkawinan dan dampak pernikahan dini yang dilaksanakan pre dan post untuk mengetahui pengetahuan remaja tentang PUP. Jumlah sasaran pengabdian sebanyak 60 orang. Tempat pelaksanan di Gereja GBKP Km 8 Medan. Hasil yang didapatkan sebelum diberikan Booklet mayoritas remaja memiliki pengetahuan kurang tentang PUP sebanyak 47 orang (78,3%) dan setelah diberikan Booklet pengetahuan remaja mayoritas baik sebanyak 57 remaja (95,0%). Salah satu upaya pencegahan anemia adalah melalui konsumsi Tablet Tambah Darah (TTD). Namun, kepatuhan ibu hamil dalam mengonsumsi TTD masih rendah akibat kurangnya pemantauan dan dukungan pelayanan yang optimal. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan konsumsi TTD pada ibu hamil melalui implementasi kartu pemantauan mandiri yang dikombinasikan dengan pendekatan pelayanan prima dari tenaga kesehatan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Desa Bangun Rejo, Kecamatan Tanjung Morawa, Kabupaten Deli Serdang dengan melibatkan 15 ibu hamil trimester II dan III. Intervensi dilakukan dalam bentuk edukasi, distribusi kartu pemantauan konsumsi TTD, pendampingan kader. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre–post test, observasi penggunaan kartu, dan wawancara terstruktur. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan signifikansi dalam kepatuhan konsumsi TTD, dari 33% menjadi 83% ibu hamil yang mengonsumsi secara rutin setelah selesai intervensi. Penggunaan kartu pemantauan efektif dalam membangun kesadaran dan keterlibatan ibu serta keluarga. Pelayanan prima dari tenaga kesehatan juga meningkatkan kepuasan ibu terhadap layanan kesehatan. Kombinasi kartu pemantauan dan pelayanan prima terbukti efektif sebagai strategi peningkatan kepatuhan konsumsi TTD pada ibu hamil. Midwife’s independent practice Sarfina as place health services where the reach of this clinic business is expected to become wider with the implementation of innovation, digitalization and participation in the prevention of CED through technology in the service process health. This is research is an intervention study with a cross sectional design. Participants are prospective brides, pregnant women and postpartum mothers who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Retrieval and collection of research data was carried out using the probability purposive sampling method. A total of 82 participants took part in study. This research was conducted at the PMB Sarfina Br Sembiring clinic in November-December 2023. Results & Conclusions from each of the 10 respondents or 33.3% of prospective brides, pregnant and postpartum women, there is an influence of participation, namely increasing the knowledge of prospective brides and grooms 28%, pregnant women 30% and postpartum 12%. Meanwhile, product innovation shows an increase in the weight of prospective brides, pregnant and postpartum women, but there is no increase in arm circumference and the influence of Shopee application technology and other applications seems that the average knowledge of health shop partners is 31.6% less compared to Shopee and other applications.
