Hasil penelitian dari Asuhan kebidanan Kespro Pra Menopause yang dilakukan dengan masalah haid tidak lancar dan perubahan mood pada masa pra Menopause telah Terasi setelah melakukan kunjungan sebanyak 4 kali yaitu memberikan asuhan kebidanan mengkonsumsi makanan bergizi, vulva hygen dan olahraga ringan. Saran ditujukan kepada Pra Menopause agar mengetahui cara mengatasi kecemasan menghadapi Pra Menopause sehingga ibu dapat menerima bahwa ibu berada dalam tahap Pra Menopause.
