Title A name given to the resource Pendampingan Peran Kader dalam Mengurangi Kejadian Kek Pada Ibu Hamil di PMB Sarfina Sembiring Description An account of the resource Cadres play an important role in realizing education as providers of information regarding nutritious food, so that cadres' knowledge is very necessary in changing the nutritional awareness behavior of adolescents of reproductive age, pregnant and postpartum women, which was initially low to higher, so that in the end it will improve nutritious food consumption patterns. The aim of conducting research on cadres at clinic Sarfina Br Sembiring to determine the level of knowledge of cadres in preventing CED. The method used in providing cadre assistance counseling is the lecture method which is a way of explaining and explaining an idea, understanding or message verbally to the target group. The evaluation was carried out by measuring the level of knowledge of cadres through pretest and posttest questionnaires regarding knowledge of CED prevention and the benefits of peanut honey to reduce CED and stunting. Based on the results of the outreach activities carried out, results were obtained in increasing knowledge of CED prevention among cadres at PMB Sarfina Br Sembiring. This is proven by the results of the questionnaire increasing cadres' knowledge from the pre-test results which showed that 73.33% of cadres answered questions correctly, then after counseling this increased to 90%. And the results obtained apart from increasing knowledge of cadre attitudes also increased from the pre-test results which showed that 63.33% of cadres answered questions correctly, then after counseling this increased to 80%. Berdasarkan Riset Kesehatan Dasar (Riskesdas), terdapat 37,2% balita di Indonesia mengalami stunting dan pada tahun 2018 sekitar 37% (90 juta) balita di Indonesia mengalami stunting. Stunting menggambarkan kejadian gizi buruk pada balita yang berlangsung lama dan dampaknya tidak hanya secara fisik tetapi juga pada fungsi kognitif. Tujuan: Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh penerapan self-efficacy dan penggunaan biskuit labu kuning terhadap pencegahan stunting. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kohort dengan analisis regresi dan uji chi-square. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 40 ibu hamil dan bayi di atas 6 bulan yang akan diintervensi dengan pemberian 4 buah biskuit labu kuning per hari dengan model bantuan (Omnibus Tests of Model Coefficients). Hasil: Penelitian dengan Pengujian Simultan (Omnibus Tests of Model Coefficients) Penerapan Self-efficacy dan Pemanfaatan Labu untuk Cegah Stunting di Siosar (Relokasi Pengungsi Gunung Sinabung) Kab. Karo menunjukkan bahwa pada taraf signifikansi (α = 0,002) <0,05 artinya variabel bebas yang terdiri dari penerapan self-efficacy dan penggunaan labu kuning secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap variabel terikat yaitu pencegahan stunting pada balita. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemberian Abdominal Stretching Exercise terhadap penurunan nyeri dismenorea pada siswi. Metode: penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif quasi-experimental design dengan desain penelitian nonequivalent control group design yang dilakukan di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 1 Borbor Kabupaten Toba, untuk populasi dalam penelitian ini 50 orang dengan jumlah sampel 30 orang siswi, Teknik sampling adalah Non-probability dengan menggunanakan purposive Sampling yang berarti pengambilan sampel ditentukan banyak yang diperlukan oleh peneliti sesuai dengan inklusi dan eklusi. Dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan wilcoxon. Hasil: Penelitian ini didapatkan hasilnya berdasarkan analisa menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dengan menggunakan spss 22 didapatkan bahwa nilai p-value 0,00 <0,05, maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya Terdapat adanya pengaruh abdominal stretching exercise terhadap penurunan nyeri dismenore pada siswi. Menunjukkan bahwa 30 responden setelah tindakan abdominal stretching exercise dengan Intensitas nyeri Tidak nyeri sekitar 2 Responden dengan presentasi (6,6%), Nyeri Ringan 3 Responden dengan presentasi (10%), Responden yang mengalami nyeri sedang sekitar 11 Responden dengan presentasi (36,7%), dan Nyeri Berat 14 responden (46,7%). Sedangkan sebelum diberikan tindakan abdominal stretching exercise bahwa responden mengalami nyeri Ringan 1 responden dengan 3,3%, Nyeri sedang 8 responden dengan 26,7% nyeri berat 11 orang (36,7%), Nyeri Sangat Berat 10 Responden. Dari 30 responden Yang mengalami myeri Berat yang paling banyak sekitar 11 responder (36,7%).
