Title A name given to the resource Pengaruh Counter Pressure Terhadap Nyeri Pinggang Ibu Bersalin Kala I Fase Aktif Di Puskesmas Ujung Kubu Kabupaten Batu Bara Tahun 2022 Description An account of the resource Melihat dampak nyeri selama proses persalinan dapat membahayakan ibu dan bayi jika tidak segera ditangani, maka pengendalian rasa nyeri merupakan hal yang penting untuk dilakukan, dimana upaya yang dapat dilakukan dapat berupa pengobatan farmakologi atau nonfarmakologi. Salah satu pengobatan dengan non farmakologi diantaranya yaitu pijat counter pressure. Tujuan: Menganalisis sejauh mana pengaruh pijat counter pressure terhadap penurunan nyeri pinggang pada ibu bersalin kala 1 fase aktif. Populasi: Ibu hamil primigravida Trimester III dengan jumlah 35 orang dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dengan jumlah sampel 32 orang berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Jenis Penclitian: Penelitian eksperimental dengan one group pretest dan posttest. Pengambilan data menggunakan lembar observasi. Dan dilakukan uji univarat dan bivariat menggunakan Uji Paired Sample T Test. Hasil: Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan nilai mean sebelum tindakan 7.16 dan sesudah tindakan 2.69 dengan nilai p-value 0,000 yang berarti kurang dari 0,005 yang bermakna adanya pengaruh counter pressure terhadap nyeri pinggang ibu bersalin kala I fase aktif. Kesimpulan: Adanya pengaruh Counter Pressure dari sebelum dilakukannya pijatan dan sesudah dilakukan terhadap nyeri pinggang ibu bersalin kala 1 fase aktif di Pukesmas Ujung Kubu Kabupaten Batu Bara tahun 2022.
