Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, dan analisis data dilakukan dengan uji Chi Square pada tingkat signifikansi 5% (α = 0,05). Hasil: Analisis statistik mengindikasikan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat penggunaan Buku KIA dan perilaku pencegahan komplikasi selama kehamilan (nilai p = 0,003; p < 0,05). Ibu hamil yang secara aktif memanfaatkan Buku KIA cenderung menunjukkan perilaku yang lebih baik dalam melakukan tindakan pencegahan komplikasi dibandingkan dengan ibu hamil yang tidak memaksimalkannya. Therefore, breast care prevents breast infections such as mastitis (mammary infection). The most common infectious disease in the breast is supernal mastitis (Yuptia, 2023). Based on WHO (World Health Organization) data, 17,230,142 mothers in the world experience breast problems while breastfeeding. There are around 22.5% mothers who experience nipple problems, 18% experience breast milk that does not come out normally or is not smooth, and around 38% mothers experience swelling and pain in the breasts. As a result of these problems, babies who should get breast milk are often not breastfed and are only given formula milk (Riani, 2022). This study examines the influence of postpartum mothers’ knowledge regarding breast care on the success of breastfeeding at the Fahrini Amin Clinic, Blangpidie District, Southwest Aceh Province in 2025. This research employs an observational analytical approach with a pre-experimental one-group pretest–posttest design, where measurements were taken before and after the intervention. The population in this study included mothers who underwent postpartum after giving birth in the last six months, totaling 30 people. Sampling was conducted using a total sampling technique. Data were analyzed using the paired sample T-test, to see if there was a comparison before and after being given prenatal attention and the mean difference between pretest and post-test was obtained. The study’s findings indicated that postpartum mothers’ knowledge regarding breast care had an impact on the success of breastfeeding at the Fahrini Amin Clinic, Blangpidie District, Southwest Aceh Regency, Aceh Province in 2025. Postpartum mothers who have good knowledge about breast care tend to succeed in breastfeeding because they have information about the importance of caring for the breasts to support smooth breast milk production. Based on an initial survey conducted by researchers on 15 breastfeeding mothers at the Namu Ukur Health Center in 2022, the results were that 7 of them rarely experienced regurgitation after breastfeeding and 5 of their babies had never experienced regurgitation after breastfeeding, and 3 babies of mothers often experienced regurgitation after breastfeeding. breastfed. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between breastfeeding position and regurgitation in infants aged 0-6 months. Data were analyzed univariately and bivariately using chi-square at a significance level of 5%. The results showed that 18 respondents (56.2%) had poor breastfeeding practices and infants aged 0-6 months experienced abnormal regurgitation, namely 15 respondents (46.9%). There is a relationship between breastfeeding position and the occurrence of regurgitation in infants 0-6 months with a p value of 0.004 <0.05. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between the position of breastfeeding and the occurrence of regurgitation at the Namu Ukur Health Center in 2022, and it is recommended that mothers know and apply the correct breastfeeding position so that babies aged 0-6 months experience normal regurgitation. Health workers provide regular counseling to mothers having babies about proper breastfeeding techniques and methods to avoid regurgitation.
