Sekitar 50% sampai 90% ibu hamil mengalami mual dan muntah diantaranya 10% mengalami mual pada pagi hari, 80% mengalami keluhan persisten sepanjang hari. Tujuan penelitian dilakukan untuk melakukan asuhan kebidanan pada ibu hamil dengan Hiperemesis Gravidarum tingkat I menggunakan pendekatan manajemen kebidanan dengan 7 langkah varney. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan setelah melakukan penelitian dari pemeriksaan kunjungan pertama mengalami mual muntah, pusing dan tidak nafsu sehingga dilakukan asuhan kebidanan dengan Hiperemesis Gravidarum kondisi Ny. R dalam keadaan baik. Setelah melakukan asuhan kebidanan dengan memberikan diet yang dianjurkan telah dilaksanakan dan mengurangi rasa mual muntah yang berlebihan. Diharapkan kepada penyedia layanan asuhan kebidanan yang sedang menjalankan praktik untuk selalu mempertahankan dan meningkatkan pelayanan kebidanan yang sudah ada, khususnya terhadap pelayanan asuhan kebidanan pada ibu hamil dengan Hiperemesis Gravidarum Grade 1. Title A name given to the resource Hubungan Peran Orang Tua Dengan Sikap Remaja Tentang Seks Bebas Di Desa Godung Borotan Kecamatan Pangaribuan Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara Tahun 2022 Description An account of the resource Latar Belakang: Peran orang tua adalah perlakuan yang diberikan orang tua kepada anak dalam bentuk mengajar, mendidik, merawat, dan memfasilitasi kebutuhan anak schari-hari. Peran orang tua mempengaruhi pergaulan remaja. Peranan orang tua sangatlah penting dalam memberikan pendidikan seks kepada anak remaja. Orang tua pun harus memberikan informasi tentang seks bebas ini dengan benar. Dengan tujuan penelitian Menganalisis hubungan antara Peran orang tua dengan Sikap Remaja Tentang Seks Bebas Pada Remaja Di Desa Godung Borotan 3 Kec. Pangaribuan Kab. Tapanuli Utara Tahun 2022. Metode: Jenis penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian Kuantitatif, metode penelitian dengan survei analitik dan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian 50 remaja di Desa Sigotom Godung Borotan dengan jumlah sampel 31 responden dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan menggunakan teknik analisis data uji chi-square. Hasil: Pada Remaja di Desa Sigotom Godung Borotan yang memiliki peran orang tua otoriter dengan jumlah responden sebesar 18 responden (58,1%) dan sebesar 13 responden (41,9%) mempunyai peran orang tua yang tidak otoriter. Sedangkan Sikap Remaja Tentang Seks Bebas dapat disimpulkan bahwa remaja yang memiliki sikap positif tentang seks bebas sebesar 10 responden (32,3%) dan 21 responden (68,7%) mempunyai sikap yang negatif terhadap seks bebas. Dari hasil uji statistik dengan menggunakan chi square terdapat hubungan Peran Orang Tua dengan Sikap Remaja Tentang Seks Bebas di Desa Sigotom Godung Borotan Kecamatan Pangaribuan Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara Tahun 2022 dengan nilai (X* = 10,661; pvalue = 0,001).
