Nyeri yang terjadi saat menstruasi diakibatkan oleh hormon prostaglandin yung membuat kerja otot rahim berkontraksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pemberian teknik relaksasi nafas dalam terhadap penurunan nyeri dismenore pada remaja putri smp swasta cra ibang kota medan Metode: Metode ini adalah kuantitatif berdasarkan jenisnya yang digunakan di dalam penelitian adalah Eksperimen semu (Quasi Experimental ) dengan bentuk rancangan one group pretest - posttest. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 responden dengan menggunakan Purposive Sampling, dianalisis menggunakan Uji Paired T- test, dan waktu penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Mei sampai Juni. Hasil: Hasil penelitian didapatkan sesudah diberikan teknik relaksasi nafas dalam, dengan nilai p-value = 0,000 (p < 0,05) artinya Ha diterima yang berarti ada efek signifikan sesudah diberikan teknik relaksasi nafas dalam. Kesimpulan: Diharapkan kepada remaj putri dapat mempraktikkan teknik relaksasi nafas dalam sebagai upaya penanganan dalam menurunkan nyeri dismenore sehingga tidak mengganggu aktifitas pada saat menstruasi. Dismenore biasanya terjadi segera setelah mengalami haid pertama (menarche). Berdasarkan data World Health Organization (WHO), angka kejadian wanita yang mengalami dismenore sebanyak 1.769.425 orang. (90%) dengan 10-15% mengalami dismenore berat. Penelitian ini bertujan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian air jahe terhadap pengurangan nyeri dismenore pada Remaja Putri di Pmb Dewi Sesmera Kota Medan Tahun 2023. Desain penelitian dengan menggunakan desain Pre-Experimental Design ialah rencana yang meliputi hanya satu pasien atau sekelompok pasien remaja putri yang diberikan pro dan pasca uji. Dengan pendekatan one group pretest-posttes design adalah kegiatan pnelitian yang memberikan tes awal (pretest) sebelum diberikan perlakuan, setelah diberikan perlakuan barulah mmberikan tes akhir (posttest). Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan pengaruh sebelum pemberian air jahe diperoleh nilai rata-rata 3,10 dan frekuensi pengurangan nyeri sesudah diberikan air jahe diperoleh nilai rata-rata 1,70. Dari hasil uji statistik yaitu dengan uji t dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% diketahui nilai p-value 0,001≤0,05. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruhpemberian air jahe terhadap penurunan Pengurangan Nyeri Disminore Pada Pasien Remaja Putri Di Pmb Dewi Sesmera Kota Medan Tahun 2023. Disarankan hasil penelitian ini bagi bidan untuk menggunakan jahe sebagai pengobatan non-farmakologi untuk mengatasi nyeri dismenore. Salah satu pengobatan dengan non farmakologi diantaranya yaitu pijat counter pressure. Populasi: Ibu hamil primigravida Trimester III dengan jumlah 35 orang dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dengan jumlah sampel 32 orang berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Jenis Penclitian: Penelitian eksperimental dengan one group pretest dan posttest. Pengambilan data menggunakan lembar observasi. Dan dilakukan uji univarat dan bivariat menggunakan Uji Paired Sample T Test. Hasil: Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan nilai mean sebelum tindakan 7.16 dan sesudah tindakan 2.69 dengan nilai p-value 0,000 yang berarti kurang dari 0,005 yang bermakna adanya pengaruh counter pressure terhadap nyeri pinggang ibu bersalin kala I fase aktif. Kesimpulan: Adanya pengaruh Counter Pressure dari sebelum dilakukannya pijatan dan sesudah dilakukan terhadap nyeri pinggang ibu bersalin kala 1 fase aktif di Pukesmas Ujung Kubu Kabupaten Batu Bara tahun 2022.
