The aim of conducting research on cadres at clinic Sarfina Br Sembiring to determine the level of knowledge of cadres in preventing CED. The method used in providing cadre assistance counseling is the lecture method which is a way of explaining and explaining an idea, understanding or message verbally to the target group. The evaluation was carried out by measuring the level of knowledge of cadres through pretest and posttest questionnaires regarding knowledge of CED prevention and the benefits of peanut honey to reduce CED and stunting. Based on the results of the outreach activities carried out, results were obtained in increasing knowledge of CED prevention among cadres at PMB Sarfina Br Sembiring. This is proven by the results of the questionnaire increasing cadres' knowledge from the pre-test results which showed that 73.33% of cadres answered questions correctly, then after counseling this increased to 90%. And the results obtained apart from increasing knowledge of cadre attitudes also increased from the pre-test results which showed that 63.33% of cadres answered questions correctly, then after counseling this increased to 80%. Berdasarkan Riset Kesehatan Dasar (Riskesdas), terdapat 37,2% balita di Indonesia mengalami stunting dan pada tahun 2018 sekitar 37% (90 juta) balita di Indonesia mengalami stunting. Stunting menggambarkan kejadian gizi buruk pada balita yang berlangsung lama dan dampaknya tidak hanya secara fisik tetapi juga pada fungsi kognitif. Tujuan: Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh penerapan self-efficacy dan penggunaan biskuit labu kuning terhadap pencegahan stunting. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kohort dengan analisis regresi dan uji chi-square. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 40 ibu hamil dan bayi di atas 6 bulan yang akan diintervensi dengan pemberian 4 buah biskuit labu kuning per hari dengan model bantuan (Omnibus Tests of Model Coefficients). Hasil: Penelitian dengan Pengujian Simultan (Omnibus Tests of Model Coefficients) Penerapan Self-efficacy dan Pemanfaatan Labu untuk Cegah Stunting di Siosar (Relokasi Pengungsi Gunung Sinabung) Kab. Karo menunjukkan bahwa pada taraf signifikansi (α = 0,002) <0,05 artinya variabel bebas yang terdiri dari penerapan self-efficacy dan penggunaan labu kuning secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap variabel terikat yaitu pencegahan stunting pada balita. Title A name given to the resource Development of Health Promotion-Based Education Methods to Increase Accessibility of Adolescent Mental Health Description An account of the resource One of the elements in not attaining good health in the globe still is mental health diseases and depression, According to WHO in 2022, one in seven youngsters between the ages of 10 and 19 struggle psychologically. In Indonesia, mental health issues affect about 6.1% of teenagers fifteen years of age and above. Consequently, health promotion has to be developed in order to make teenagers more easily accessible for mental health education. The project intends to establish the creation of a Health Promotion-based Education Method for Increasing Accessibility of Adolescent Mental Health in Bangs Rejo Village. (b) to ascertain the Feasibility of a Hath Promotion-based Education Method for Rising Adolesdent Mental Health Accessibility in Bangun Rejo Village is a quantitative research approach. The method of sampling is accidental one. There were 302 teenagers in all, Anno table data analysis combined with one-sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test. According to the study, 191 (63.2%) youth reported moderate emotional and mental health. There were 252 youths in all with intermediate self-awareness and 245 with moderate self-efficacy. With a P value of 0.416, self-awareness and self-efficacy clearly affect emotional and mental control. Self-awareness with a P value of 0.000 influences mental and emotional control. The accessibility of adolescent mental health is influenced by the development of health promotion-based education strategies, mostly self-awareness and self-efficacy. Health professionals should be able to provide parents with sources of information on how to raise teenagers, particularly in terms of developing self-awareness and self-efficacy so that appropriate emotional and mental control results.
