Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui pengaruh kompres hangat terhadap penurunan nyeri persalinan kala 1 fase aktif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Quasi experiment merupakan penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya akibat dari "sesuatu" yang dikenakan pada subjek yang diteliti dengan mencari pengaruh perlakuan tertentu terhadap yang lain dalam kondisi yang terkendali. Sampel adalah sebagian yang diambil dari seluruh obyek yang diteliti dan dianggap mewakili seluruh populasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini 20 orang dalam satu grup intervensi. Tehnik pengambilan sampel Purposive Sampling yakni pengambilan sampel sesuai dengan kriteri yang sudah ditentukan oleh peneliti. Teknik pengampulan data menggunakan lembar kuesioner dan lembar observasi responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji T Independen Pengujian statistic menggunakan analisis parametric dengan kemaknaan hasil uji ditentukan berdasar kan nilai p<0,05. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik diketahui p value 0,001 0,05 diartikan bahwa ada pengaruh intensitas nyeri sebelum dan sesudah diberikan Kompres Hangat.
