Angka cakupan kepuasan konsumen dalam pelayanan antenatal care mengalami angka realisasi sebesar 216 per 1000 kelahiran hidup (WHO, 2019). SKI yang menyatakan 90% ibu hamil dalam pelayanan antenatal care adalah cukup puas terhadap komunikasi bidan. Namun, masih ditemukan 10% ibu hamil yang merasa kurang puas terhadap pelayanan antenatal care. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan komunikasi bidan dengan tingkat kepuasan ibu hamil pada pelayanan antenatal care di UPTD Puskesmas Kotanopan Kabupaten Mandailing Natal Provinsi Sumatera Utara Tahun 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian deskriptif korelasional dan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling sebanyak 30 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar komunikasi bidan berada pada kategori baik sebanyak 19 orang (63,3%) dan sebagian besar tingkat kepuasan ibu hamil adalah puas sebanyak 17 orang (56,7%). Berdasarkan uji chi-square diperoleh nilai p = 0,002 (p < 0,05) yang artinya ada hubungan yang signifikan antara komunikasi bidan dengan tingkat kepuasan ibu hamil pada pelayanan antenatal care di UPTD Puskesmas Kotanopan Kabupaten Mandailing Natal Provinsi Sumatera Utara Tahun 2024. Prinsip dasar metode kontrasepsi adalah mencegah sperma laki-laki mencapai dan membuahi telur wanita (Fertilisasi) atau mencegah telur yang sudah dibuahi untuk berimplantasi (melekat) dan berkembang diDalam Rahim( Th. Endang Purwoastuti, 2016).Dari survei pendahuluan pada bulan Januari 2023 yang Klinik Siloam Kecamatan Siantar Barat Kota Pematangsiantar dijumpai Ibu Usia Subur sebanyak 20 orang, diantaranya 7 orang menyatakan kurang puas terhadap pelayanan Kontrasepsi. Berdasarkan uraian latar belakang, peneliti tertarik mengambil judul Hubungan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasaan Ibu Dalam Menggunakan Alat Kontrasepsi AKDR di Klinik Siloam Kecamatan Siantar Barat Kota Pematangsiantar Tahun 2023.
