Kriteria kenaikan tekanan darah adalah sistolik >140 Mmhg diastolic >90Mmhg tidak ada proteinuria. Tujuan penelitian dilakukan untuk melakukan asuhan kebidanan pada ibu hamil dengan Hipertensi Gestasional menggunakan pendekatan manajemen kebidanan dengan 7 langkah varney. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan masalah Hipertensi Gestasional pada ibu hamil terasai dengan melakukan kunjungan ulang selama 3 kali tekanan darah menurun menjadi 130/90 mmHg. Saran ini ditujukan kepada tenaga kesehatan agar pada saat melakukan penyuluhan kehamilan mengenai hipertensi lebih difokuskan.
